Tough As Nails is a Dutch robot with rear wheels and two, giant hardox pincers. It's been painted pink with green specks just for this occasion.
Bulldog Breed is a big, bad wolf of a bulldog with a big, bad flipper. And if you don't take care, you'll feel the bite and bark at the same time.
They've met, they've fought, and Bulldog Breed came out on top last time. Will history repeat itself? Or will the Dutch robot have his way?
Roboteers, stand by...
Taki-san is finally out of her timeout corner and scouting the arena alongside Double Big Mac.
3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!
W00ty. And it's TAN who comes out with the fists...err...pincers...flying. :-O Bulldog Breed screams out of his spot a few seconds later, colliding with the arena wall. Now out of his trance, he puts the front wedge out at TAN and screams out again. TAN has Bulldog Breed in the pincers but is rammed into the wall all the same, and tossed up against the wall. Luckily, TAN lands on top of Bulldog Breed and off the rear, and now the tables have turned! TAN has got Bulldog Breed against the wall and in his pincers! The pincers clamp! It's all over now for Bulldog Breed! Or is it? Bulldog Breed pushes backwards and pulls forwards, trying to extricate himself from the grip, but it's futile, and now TAN knows exactly where to put him! He backs into the pit release button, opening the pit, and goes for the suicide dive, flinging Bulldog Breed in first and, because he's clamped his opponent, falls in afterwards! Short fight!
CEASE!
Bulldog Breed is sent back to the pound. TOUGH AS NAILS AVENGES HIMSELF AND ADVANCES TO ROUND 2!

Moving up the chain!
Chaos 2 is even more familiar than Biohazard...if you live in England. He's basically a wedge flipper with two wheels and a rounded top. He's been really successful with two Series titles under his belt, but he's aged so much, will he really win another fight?
Warrior SKF is less familiar, but if you've seen him, you KNOW what damage potential he's capable of. He's also got a wedge flipper, but also a deadly horizontal rear spinning ring. It may only reach 1000rpm, but it's extremely powerful. Does he even have a weakness?!
Roboteers, stand by...
The house robots are Double Whamlet and Ancalagon the Black.
3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!
Chaos 2 is out and away, and Warrior SKF is chasing him down immediately, almost as fast as Chaos 2 himself. Chaos 2 goes around the arena, aiming for the front wedge of Warrior SKF since there's not really any other options except the sides, which are dangerous to approach. Ah! Chaos 2 just got under Warrior SKF and WHOA! There's a flip! Warrior SKF is now inverted but he rights himself with the flipper. The disc remians spinning...strange. Chaos 2 rushes Warrior SKF again but Warrior SKF has had enough games and turns around to expose the disc ring. Chaos 2 thinks better of this because he's now doing an about face and going the opposite way. Warrior SKF follows the former RW champion around the arena. Chaos 2 decides now to let the house robots do some killing and heads over to Whamlet's CPZ. Whamlet greets Chaos 2 with a shove, something Chaos 2 was expecting. Worse, he's pushed into the disc! CRASH! Well I think that's the end of Chaos 2's back end, because it doesn't seem like he has one, from that mangling! Here's Warrior SKF with a shove, and a flip! And Chaos 2's inverted, and Warrior SKF's disc coming and - AHHHH!!! Chaos 2's flipper just go torn apart! Umm...not good...since that was the only way that Chaos 2 could right himself. And Warrior SKF coming in with the disc again and OHMYGAWD!!! The side panel just goes flying off, and a lot of smoke is emanating from the exposed CO2 canister. The end is near for poor Chaos 2, and Warrior SKF confirms this by shredding off what's left of the flipper. The Watcher comes over to have a look. I'm surprised he's not flying away screaming. And as the countdown begins, the house robots close in! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10! And the end is here! Warrior SKF gets more destruction and shreds off some of the other side. Whamlet comes forward and grapples the broken former champion, slamming the twin axes down. I do say, Whamlet, dump him down the pit...nope, Whamlet takes the wreck over to Ancalagon, who starts destroying the remains with his discs...you know, I'm not sure if George Francis will be able to put this poor robot back together...it's not even a robot anymore, just broken motors and electronics...there's hardly anything to dump in the pit now, anyway.

Enough stalling! Let's get right to the grudge match!
Slammer V is an round-bodied axlebot by Lord Doomforall himself, Alex Holt, with two self-flippers and several head attachments. It's using the nooses for this one with the hopes of sliding the them around his opponent's wheel hubs.
The Disc 5 is a semi-finalist of the first robot rebellion. A concept by Frank Goacher, it may look like an axlebot, but it's actually got 6 wheels, 4 being used, and protected by giant hubs. Its weapons are the disc in the middle and the axle that spins with it. The axle has little tungsten teeth to prevent being gripped by vertical crushers.
Yet again, these two come. They see. But who will conquer?

Asterix Heroicus and Exa-Gore-Ic: AI patrol the CPZs today.
3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!
The Disc rolls out to greet his unworthy adversary, as Slammer applies his tactics immediately, aiming carefully but missing his mark. Asterix spins omniously in his CPZ as The Disc comes forward and buries the oh-so-dangerous flywheel into Slammer's wheel hub! Sparks fly, but the hubcap stays on, and The Disc backs away as Slammer comes forward to, er, slam his enemy into the wall. The Disc spins around and lightly taps Slammer's rear with his own hub. Slammer rears into The Disc and is thrown up a bit as the flywheel comes back into play! The same hubcap takes another hit but remains steady. Slammer tries to ram The Disc but because of Slammer's design it is not really effective against Frank's monster. The Disc gets his weapon up to speed and Slammer bolts towards the pit release button, slamming into it, bouncing off and almost landing himself in there as well. The Disc rams him from behind and tears up the back end, throwing Slammer against the wall. Slammer activates the self-flipper to get himself off of the wall but The Disc comes in again and smashes the front of Slammer. Slammer tries vainly to get the nooses around the wheel hubs but it just isn't working. The Disc pushes Slammer into the pit release button, and they're dangerously near the pit! Slammer pushes back and almost gets The Disc in the pit, just missing by an inch! And The Disc is trying to push Slammer in the pit but no; Slammer runs away towards the other side of the arena! The Disc is really peeved now and he continues to play the hunter as Slammer turns his attention to the house robots. He goes towards Asterix but the house robot has already perceived Alex's thought and so goes forward blindingly fast and throws Slammer up into the air a few feet. The Disc stops in front of Asterix and Slammer crashes down onto his opponent rather noisily. OH WHAT WAS THAT?! something came flying off the top of Slammer! It's one of the self-flippers! The flipper panel has come off! Somehow, that hit had loosened part of the flipper, and it just fell off! Now Slammer is in trouble, and taking damage from The Disc again! It's the other wheel hub, and it's gone! Asterix returns to his CPZ, his job done. Perhaps he doesn't realize that The Disc is an enemy to him as well. And now Slammer has returned to the area near the pit, hoping The Disc will fall for this trick but unfortunately Frank does not fall for dire folly such as this. The Disc waits patiently between a CPZ and the pit, and Slammer is driving around randomly, and turns around to face the pit. The Disc charges right out, and hits the same wheel hub he hit two times before. It comes off this time, and Slammer is now in a predicament. Its wheels exposed, its armour chewed up, one of its flippers gone, and its nooses ineffective, Slammer's only option is to try and trick The Disc into killing himself, but I don't really think that's going to work here. The Disc charges again, and Slammer reverses right into the wall; The Disc crashes into him a second later, tearing off another piece of armour. Slammer uses the other flipper...to push himself up against the wall. The Disc holds him there, then releases him two seconds later. Slammer gets away and once more returns to the edge of the pit. The Disc chases him down and again almost gets him down the pit, but Slammer makes a left turn and crashes into the wall again. He reverses, but The Disc is gone, so no hope of pushing The Disc into the pit. Speaking of The Disc, he rams Slammer from the back, chewing up the armour again! Slammer is now becoming rather tired of this fight and starts to circle the pit. The Disc just waits near the arena wall. Slammer stops circling and rushes The Disc, getting thrown onto his back for his efforts, and the front is really woebegone now, strips of metal torn out and bent. Slammer reverses away and The Disc catches up to him, pushing him into Exa-Gore-Ic's CPZ. Exa-Gore-Ic, however, can't seem to find a good hold on Slammer...wait, there's the clamp on the extension in Slammer's middle! Uh oh... and Asterix has remembered the encounter in the robot rebellion because he's trying to ram The Disc from the back - WOAH! Asterix and The Disc go flying! The Disc almost lands OOTA but falls on the railing and back on his wheels. Asterix lands, tumbling, and falls onto his back. Exa-Gore-Ic, meanwhile, has taken Slammer to the flame pit, and is cripsy-frying him there. There's The Disc coming at Asterix now, and Asterix with the big wind-up, and POW! That hadda hurt both robots. The Disc goes flying and lands right near Exa-Gore-Ic, and ASTERIX IS IN THE PIT?!? Ouch! The hit caused Asterix to spin in the air and tumble straight into the pit! That's one house robot down, but The Disc is now mainly concerned with his opponent now, who is released from Exa-Gore-Ic but rather slow and sad-looking. The Disc rams his weakened opponent and tears off more armour. At that Slammer stops completely. Exa-Gore-Ic starts to come out again but The Disc gets in his way. However, The Disc can't seem to hit Exa-Gore-Ic with his weapon. Likewise, Exa-Gore-Ic is not able to get the claws around The Disc's width! Almost unnoticably, The Watcher comes in and doesn't even count Slammer out. In fact, he shoves Alex's oldest vapourbot right on top of Asterix! The Disc reverses and smashes The Watcher with the flywheel, earning a yellow card from the angered ref.

Slammer V has lost again to his adversary. THE DISC 5 ADVANCES TO ROUND 2!

Breed is a clusterbot; the first we've had in this tournament. You Can Plant A House (YCPAH) is a wedge with rounded sides and rear and a small drum at the back. You Can Build A Tree (YCBAT) is almost exactly the same, but instead of a drum it has a front linear actuated lifting arm.
Shovearound 2 is rather famous...in the ARC. It's actually been 3rd ranked in the hypothetical PTT5. It's a box with side and rear skirts, and some lifting forks in the front. It's also invertible but it prefers to be right-side-up. It's made the third round of the house robot rebellion.
Roboteers, stand by...
Tira-san and Obelix Bulguous stare out omniously at the competitors.
3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!
The Breed partners split up and head towards Shovearound, who decides to take care of the twin with the drum. YCPAH shoves into the shover as his buddy hits the pit release button, opening the god-forbidden pit. Shovearound returns the question with an answer that smashes YCPAH to the wall, lifting the forks. As the wedge is tilted, the drum hits the ground. OUCH! YCPAH is flung across the arena almost at lightning speed, landing inverted but still maneouverable. YCBAT tries to get under the rear of Tony's terror but in vain; the skirt is very much resilient, and very much staying down, and now YCBAT is very much on top of the skirt, and is very much being back-slammed into the reverse wall. Ouch. YCPAH comes into Shovearound from behind and smashes the left skirt with the drum. SPARKS! The skirt comes up, and YCPAH tries to stay there, but Shovearound goes forward and YCPAH attempts to chase him down. YCBAT intercepts his buddy and both Breed partners are a little shaken after that collision. Shovearound wastes no time, shoving both of the clusters into the wall at the same time. YCBAT bounces off the wall; can't seem to get the lifting arm under the skirt as he tries to attack. YCPAH's drum hits the wall and he flies off the wall, landing on his snout and tilting back right side up, but Shovearound comes in and shoves him across the arena...into the pit! BOOM! One down, one to go. YCBAT finds himself alone and rather helpless now that his weapon's done shat, and Shovearound is coming back for him with the forks in front! YCBAT runs away for the pit and almost falls in himself! Shovearound carefully avoids the danger zone and gets to the other side of the pit, intercepting YCBAT with the forks and flinging YCBAT past the pit and into the wall! YCBAT bounces into the wall and OH NO! One of YCBAT's wheels is stuck inside the pit edge! Shovearound knows that he has now won this battle, and so moves around the edge of the pit and flicks YCBAT on top of his brother.

Breed expires and goes extinct. Won't be seeing a hybrid like this anymore. SHOVEAROUND 2 ADVANCES TO ROUND 2!

Heh heh! Time for Round 2!
Warrior SKF personally retired Chaos 2 with help from the house robots.
The Disc 5 took out his old nemesis Slammer V, whom The Watcher shoved down the pit without a count-out.
Roboteers, stand by...
Ancalagon the Black breathes flames in his CPZ whilst Taki-san does a random spin.
3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!!
It's The Disc who immediately goes for the frontal assault, hoping to tear the flipper off of his opponent but Warrior destroys this chance by doing an about face and showing The Disc how deadly his own flywheel is. Quickly The Disc reverses, but not quickly enough, as Warrior juts in from behind and both discs meet! CRASH!!! HOLY JEBUS! It's a huge spectacle as both bots are thrown for a loop! The Disc crashes into the wall opposite, his weapon stopped, whilst Warrior is flung near the pit, almost-pulling-a-Son-of-Whyachi-but-not-quite bouncing around. And his disc too has stopped! And does that mean that by having his disc taken out, the flipper is immobile as well? OH NO! The flywheel starts up again! The Disc is in major trouble now! Without his own disc to combat the advancing robot, The Disc has no choice but to try and resort to the sucky way of winning - the pit! But Warrior is just way too fast, cutting between The Disc and the pit! FLIP! The Disc lands on one of his hubs and crashes back down. Warrior goes for the gusto and rams The Disc into the wall, and goes for the OOTA! NO! The Disc bounces off the wall and overtop of Warrior. Warrior reverses and cuts into The Disc's own disc. WHAT'S THIS?! The Disc's disc is spinning again! Yes, there is doubt that it is working, because he's moving around a bit, and that deadly flywheel - OOH! There's a little hit on the side of Warrior, and a little bouncing around! Frank looks smug now as his evil creation rams Warrior head-on, and Warrior isn't doing too much moving around right now. The Disc comes in again and Warrior reverses away! Got his maneouverability back, it seems. And both bots are back into this fight at full strength it seems. Warrior coming in for a hit in the hub, and a little scratch can be seen on the hub, but the same hit sends The Disc flying across the floor! And Warrior is coming in for another attack! So relentless! The Disc meets him again. Disc vs disc! CRASH!!! OH MY! Something's sparked inside of Warrior! Both discs have stopped again! Warrior gets under The Disc but seeing as the disc powers the flipper, it doesn't happen, no flip, nothin'. The Disc is trapped against the wall though, and Warrior is holding him there by the...disc. The Watcher shoves them both and forces Warrior to release The Disc, whose right hub hits the angle grinder, and he swivels around the hub nearly entering Ancalagon's CPZ! Warrior sees his chance and comes in with the flipper, pushing his opponent into the CPZ, and gets bowled away by an incoming Taki! Ancalagon gives a flaming snort and tries to get at The Disc's axle but his flywheel hits a hub and sends The Disc flying! The hub that was hit is now hanging off! Taki shows her own contempt for The Disc and hits The Disc's weapon with her own cutter, and AHHHHHH!!! A piece of metal went flying off! Ancalagon turns around and backs into The Disc with the rear skirt, forcing Taki to move away. Warrior, angered, rams Taki with the flipper and sends her on top of Ancalagon. The Disc gets away and pushes Warrior from the side. Warrior responds with a flipper shove that shoves The Disc right back into the CPZ! Ancalagon turns and - CRASH!!! Pieces of The Disc's tungsten teeth-tipped axle are strewn across the floor! What a hit! Warrior smells blood and charges The Disc to the edge of the CPZ and along the wall, and just short of the pit. Uh, somebody forgot to open it. Oh wait, The Disc is shoved into the pit release button. And just as time starts to run out, Warrior manages to get one of The Disc's hubs stuck over the pit. 5 seconds left, and The Disc is shoved into the hole.
CEASE!
The Disc 5 fails to live up to its reputation. WARRIOR SKF ADVANCES TO THE HEAT F FINAL!!

Shovearound 2 smote Breed a blow that sent both pieces out of the competition.
Tough As Nails certainly was tough as he avenged his previous loss against Bulldog Breed.

3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!!
Shovearound is immediately in TAN's face, indeed shoving him around and into the wall! TAN bounces a little and rides the top of Shovearound and off the side before Shovearound can start to reverse. Shovearound points the forks at TAN, and it doesn't seem like TAN can do much here because Shovearound is way too low and way too hard to grab. And there's some more shoving as TAN is again tipped and thrashed against the wall, much harder this time, and nearly gets inverted! However futile it may be for TAN to be on his back, even invertibility can't help TAN win this match! Shovearound comes in again with another shove, but TAN reverses away causing Shovearound to poke the arena wall gently. TAN advances with the pincers but Shovearound turns slightly and TAN is thrown to the side by the rear skirt. Shovearound turns more vigorously than usual and the power of Anthony's rammer throws TAN spinning away. TAN gets his bearings back and rears into Shovearound this time, who doesn't fall for the trap, but allows his opponent to ride on top of the body, before slamming him into the wall yet again! A smug expression appears on Anthony's face as he sees the advantage before him. TAN is stuck in the air, claws against the arena wall, with Shovearound's forks under him, and the forks lift, and TAN is forced into a ridiculous position with his wheels hovering just above the arena railing, and the open claws on the ground. I think I know the words for this situation: GAME OVER. The Watcher comes and starts the countdown! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10! Shovearound comes in again, and displaying some honour, gets the forks under the claws and lifts, thus shunting TAN out of the arena, out of the competition, and thankfully out of the clutches of the house robots, who were eyeing him greedily. They turn on Shovearound in anger, but Shovearound has already hit the pit release button and thrown himself down the pit!

Tough As Nails is about as tough as Tickle-Me-Elmo. SHOVEAROUND 2 ADVANCES TO THE HEAT F FINAL!!

Keep it down, people, it's time for the final fight of the heat.
Warrior SKF took advantage of an aging Chaos 2 and expired him before dumping The Disc 5 down the pit in an endurance match.
Shovearound 2 easily beat the crap out of the Breed twins before having an even easier time with Tough As Nails, who proved to be the opposite.
Roboteers, stand by...
Hey! It's the TGRR finalists: Tira-san and Asterix Heroicus!
3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!!!
Warrior dashes out to get under Shovearound and possibly SHOOT THE $H!T OOTA, buuuut...nope, he goes flying over top of Shovearound and lands with a clatter behind him. WAIT! The disc is pointing at Shovearound's rear! Could this be part of the plan?! CRASH! Shovearound is smashed away and suddenly finds himself 4 feet removed from his rear skirt! Trouble in the arena with one of the house robots too, as at the same Tira had tried to smash into Warrior and went bouncing away, and now sparks are continuously coming from the disc slots! Warrior ignores Shovearound for the moment and flips Tira onto her back, setting off a trigger of anger as Asterix plows right into the spinning flywheel of Warrior! CRASH!!! Holy flying metal, Batman! Asterix has just been schmacked right into an incoming Shovearound, with a now faceless front! Shovearound decides also to lag from the actual fight and now both competitors are picking on the house robots! And there goes Tira, over the fence, courtesy of that horribly powerful flipping of Warrior! Asterix gets away and is slammed into by Warrior who reverses from the CPZ with the flywheel in the house robot's face! CRASH! Internals are strewn across the arena as Asterix comes grinding to a dead halt in front of Shovearound, who lifts up the dead gaul and proceeds to whack Warrior with the carcass! Warrior flips Asterix off of Shovearound's forks and nearly inverts the enemy himself! Shovearound takes the advantage and slides underneath Warrior's open flipper, and tilts Warrior onto its own disc! CRASH!!! Holy flying arena floor, Batman! Pieces of the ground have been torn by the mighty flywheel of Warrior, but Warrior isn't looking too mighty anymore as both flywheel AND flipper have stopped working! Shovearound tracks Warrior down and shunts him with the forks...and the arena camera is stopped thanks to Tira. Or should I say, thanks to Warrior. Speaking of which, he's away past Asterix's carcass and he's hit the pit release button. WHAT'S THIS?! Warrior's weapons come back to life again! The pit descends as Shovearound makes another dash towards Warrior, who charges also. Both robots meet and Warrior flies overtop of Shovearound, but this time the flywheel hits the top of Shovearound! CRASH!!! Ooh, I see a lot of smoke, and it's coming from Warrior's flywheel, but Shovearound is moving rather slowly now as he makes his way around and meets Warrior's flipper, again getting under and lifting, but Warrior gets off, turns around, and backs into the uplifted forks with the smoking flywheel! CRASH!!! And Shovearound is being mutiliated out there as a few of the forks are broken off and land with a small clatter in the middle of the arena. More smoke from Warrior. The Watcher is keeping well away from these two, and so starts shoving what's left of his teammate towards the pit. Warrior collides with The Watcher and carries him into the pit! The crowd goes wild! (TMQ) Despite their cheering, nobody sees the ref, head-first into the pit, flash the red card, and so Warrior continues to bat Shovearound around the arena. Another smash of the flywheel and Shovearound loses a side skirt. Warrior gets under that side and tosses Shovearound onto his back. This fight has turned right around now as Shovearound tries to right himself, and does so - right on top of the flipper of Warrior, who sidles over to the arena wall, but doesn't flip. Instead he reverses towards the other arena wall and the moment he hits it, he activates the flipper. Shovearound is shot high into the air and lands with a loud crash out of the arena. Warrior, despite being hammered by the recoil of his flywheel hit on the arena wall, manages to do a victory dance.

Warrior - 4. Tira, Asterix, The Watcher, and Shovearound 2 - 0 WARRIOR SKF ADVANCES TO THE SERIES FINAL!!!
