Frank Goacher's stats
Tempest Evil-est-oution
Shape: Ring spinner.
Speed: 12 MPH.
Dimensions(dh): 80CM X 25 CM
Armour: The spinning ring is 1.8 CMs of Ti. The base and top are 1.5 CMs of polycarb, giving a total armour weight of around 63 KGs.
GC: 1 CM.
Weapon: Ring spinner powered by two Lem 130s and spinning at 1000 RPM to deliver 83 KJs per hit. The four hardox teeth are 10 CMs long with two being placed near the top and two near the bottom.
Drive: 2 wheeled, driven by S28-400 magmotors.
Srimech: Invertible.
Notes: Has an absolute buttload of shock proofing inside. Everything is firmly bolted down, with layers of rubber between everything. Added to that, the teeth have a backwards curving shape which maximises the distance it will throw itself away from the opponent. The reason is twofold. First is to make ramming and flipping it difficult, but the main reason is to bleed away kinetic energy backlash, by using that backlash to move the robot externally rather than internally.
Strengths: Hits hard and is hard to hit. Not much is getting through the armour.
Weaknesses: Should the spinner fail, it’s pretty much screwed.
Colour: Unpainted, but black teeth.
Theme song: I don’t wanna stop by Ozzy Osbourne
The 6isc
Shape: Too complicated, apparently. See picture in the vapourbot images thread.
Size: 60X110X60 CM (LWH)
Weight: ~100 KGs
Speed: 10 MPH.
Ground clearance: Under the wheel protectors, it’s 5 mm.
Weapon: 26 KG spinning disc, powered by one LEM 130 Lynch motor and going at 2500 RPM. The disc is shaped with its own teeth rather than needing teeth surgically attached to it, so dentistry is quite impossible. The energy output is 36 KJ’s which, while modest by vapour ‘bot standards should still be enough to make a mess of things.
Wheels: 6 wheels, but four wheel drive. This has three wheels on either side arranged in a triangular fashion, so it only runs on four at a time. The wheels are 1 CM solid Ti with soft compound rubber wrapped around them to provide shock resistance, and a layer of Vulcalon wrapped around that to provide traction.
Chassis: The main chassis consists of one solitary 1 CM thick 4 mm box section hardox bar. Slotted over that is a secondary axle, inside which are the batteries. There are also two other triangular chassis’ supporting the wheels. These are made from 4 MM 1 CM box section Ti bars with weight reducing holes.
Armour: The true axle and chassis is a 4 MM hardox bar. The battery axle is 2 mm aluminium. The semi circular wheel protectors and side spikes are 5 mm Hardox. The disc itself is 14 MM of Hardox 500, and the outer axle is 4 mm grade 5 Ti.
Srimech: Totally invertible. Controls won’t even have to be reversed after flipping, meaning it can just go straight back on the attack.
Drive: 2 S28-400 Magmotors at 24 volts.
Strengths: The newest version of The 6isc does away with as many weaknesses in The Disc 5 as I could find.
Weaknesses: Weak armour in places. Can’t use axe attacks.
Colour: The wheel protecting hubs are red, the rest is unpainted.
Theme song: 10th Man Down by Nightwish
The May Tracks Has You
Shape: Like Comengetorix. It has a wedge extender to give it 0 mm at the front.
Speed: 20 MPH.
Dimensions(lwh A): 85CM X 45 CM X 24 CM
Armour: 4.5 MM hardox.
GC: 0 mm at the front, 6 mm everywhere else, covered by skirts made of 3 mm Ti.
Weapon 1: Rear hinged flipper, powered by two pneumatic rams at 500 psi.
Weapon 2: Upward facing spikes on the wedge. A robot can go over them, but if it tries to reverse, say goodbye to your tyres. By wedging a robot then reversing suddenly, TMTHY can impale the tyres, then fire the flipper to do loads of damage. Even a robot with stuffed tyres will be limping after that.
Drive: Inner tracks, powered by Lem-130’s at 24 volts.
Srimech: The flipper.
Strengths: Weapon synergy. Once The May Tracks Has You, there is no escape.
Weaknesses: Axe/flipper combos could take the tracks out.
Colour: Grey. Has the Agent’s sunglasses painted on the sides.
Theme song: The Matrix theme tune.
ISDSFA
Shape: Similar to Behemoth.
Speed: 15 MPH.
Dimensions(lwh): 70CM X 60 CM X 40 CM
Armour: 3.5 mm hardox, reinforced to 5 mm around the wheels. Scoop is made of 5 mm hardox.
GC: 0 mm at front, 1 CM everywhere else covered with 3 mm ti side skirts.
Weapon 1: Electric scoop, powered by linear actuators. Should be able to lift around 250 KGs.
Weapon 2: Small flywheel, giving around 8 KJs per hit. This is hidden behind the scoop. Once a robot is raised, this is extended to strike the base of the victim, with the aim of attacking wheels.
Drive: 4 wheels, driven by Lem 130s.
Srimech: The scoop, and Behemoth style side arms.
Strengths: Good pushing power and able to attack a robots drive directly.
Weaknesses: Spinner pretty much useless against armour.
Colour: Red and black diagonal stripes
Theme song: I don’t know by Erika
Masamune
Shape: Barrel shaped, with a 20 CM long wedge at the front, with a sword blade extender. More on this a little later.
Speed: 15 MPH
Size: 80x50x25 CMs (LWH)
GC: 3 CMs at the sides and rear, 0 at the front.
Armour: 6 mm Hardox all over except for a 5 mm Ali baseplate. With the exception of the wedge, the barrel is made out of one sheet of hardox so there are no plates that can just be torn off.
Weapon: Retractable sword lifter. The sword blade can be extended 15 CMs out from the wedge to allow it to get under any spinner safely, or it can be retracted to extend only a couple of CMs from the wedge to allow it to lift with more control. The actual moving part s the wedge, which is powered by two linear actuators and should be able to lift around 200 KGs. It can also be lowered slightly, causing the sword to dig into the floor slightly resulting in it being able to get under even 0 GC wedges and skirts. The actual sword blade is made from 5 mm grade 5 Ti.
Drive: 4 internal wheels with vulkanised tyres, powered by two S28-400 Magmotors at 24 volts.
Batteries: 4 packs of 24 volt NiCads.
Shrimech: The rollover barrel shape. If it gets stranded against a wall, it can use the sword to push itself away.
Colour: The barrel is yellow, the rest is unpainted.
Theme song: Cold is the blade by Jag Panzer
Sakura
Shape: Shaped like a closed cherry blossom, sort of conical.
Speed: 12 MPH
Dimensions(dh): 90X30 – diameter taken from the widest part of the machine, it gets narrower as it goes up.
Colour: Let’s just say it’s a shade Bex would approve of ;D
GC: 1 CM
Turning circle: 0
Weapon: Team Bored’s first true FBS clocks in with a 50 KG FBS shell, spinning at 1500 RPM and powered by two LEM 130s on 36 volts, which should give a nice fast spin up time. There are four hardox teeth, painted and shaped to look like leaves. These are razor sharp to give a nice slice, and they’re also barbed to catch and rip opponents. I can only estimate the power output due to the shape not being supported by the energy calculator. This clocks in between 90-100 KJs.
Weapon 2: Humiliation. Who wants to admit they just got beat up by a flower? ;D
Armour: 8 mm hardox for the spinning shell, 5 mm Polypropylene for the base.
Drive: 4 wheel drive, powered by two S28-400 Magmotors on 24 volts.
Srimech: There’s a hole at the very top of the cone, out of which a blunt self righting spike can come up. This is powered by low pressure pneumatics. Due to weight constraints, it can probably only self right about ten times.
Features: Near the top of the cone are holes. These aren’t just for reducing weight, as each hole leads to a small aluminium box which is full of pink confetti. As the shell spins, this should be strewn out, allowing Sakura to fight in a cloud of cherry blossoms.
Theme song: Imaginary by Evanescence
Cobalt
Shape – Mostly a shallow wedge with a small box section at the rear.
Speed – 16 MPH
Dimensions(lwh): 70CM X 45 CM X 20 CM
Armour – 4 mm Hardox for the top, 5 mm for the sides and 5 mm Grade 5 Ti for the base.
GC – 3 CMs at the very rear, going down to 0 at the front, assisted by a sharpened wedge extender allowing it to slide under the lowest ground clearance.
Weapon 1 – The wedge.
Weapon 2 – A flat disc of doom style flywheel on the front wedge. Robots get thrown off after having their bases and wheels shredded. The disc is run on a Lem-130 on 24 volts and spins at 500 RPM. The disc is made of 4 mm Hardox, with two Hardox teeth, angled in the direction of spin.
Drive – Two wheel drive, with the wheels positioned at the very rear of the machine and castors around the middle to provide stability. This is powered by two S28-400 Magmotors on 24 volts.
Srimech – A lifting bar/plate made of 5 MM Grade 5 Ti/V. This not only self rights the robot, but also gives the disc some protection from axe attacks. The base bar is curved so it avoids hitting the disc. This is powered by a LEM-130 on 24 volts.
Colour: Blue
Theme song: Timeless Oceans by Lucca Turilli
Door Stops
Shape: A two part cluster bot, each part is an invertible wedge. Kinda like a door stop ;D. The backs are rounded to prevent being beached.
Speed: 15 MPH.
Dimensions(lwh): 40CM X 30 CM X 20 CM
Armour: 4 MM hardox for the front 20 CMs, 5 mm grade 5 Ti for the rear 20 CMs
GC: 0 at the front tip, raising to 1.5 CM at the rear.
Weapon: Static wedges at the front.
Drive: 2 large internal wheels towards the end of the robot, powered by LEM 130’s at 36 volts, which if memory serves should provide 18 HP.
Srimech: Invertible.
Linking method: One part has a clip on the rear, the other has an “eye” The two pieces can fight as one when clipped together, and with some good driving, the two can reunite in the middle of battle. Admittedly this would take awesome skills, but admittedly I am awesome.
Strengths: Good front armour, designed for taking on spinners, it’s a cluster ‘bot.
Weaknesses: Not so wonderful back armour, could wheelie due to high acceleration, it’s a cluster ‘bot.
Colour: One is white, the other is black.
Theme song: Divide and Conquer by Story of the Year

Paul Cuomo's stats
Nitro-Gene 5.0
• WEIGHT: 100kg
• ARMOUR: 3.25mm monocoque Hardox for the body, with very strong Stainless Steel bolts. 6mm Hardox flipper. Inside the body, there’s 1cm of Vulkanised rubber on the sides and rear, with 3cm on the front to help fight powerful spinners, and there's also 0.5cm of PU foam covering the motors and flipper rams inside for protection.
• SHAPE: Low invertible box with sides and rear angled in a <> shape, with the rear angled >. The front is completely flat, making it useful at hitting into things and bashing. All the lines have been curved over to make it harder for a spinner to grab onto a panel and rip.
• MOTORS: 2 x S28-400 MagMotors at 36V (powered by 120 x 3000mAh NiCad cells producing 12amps) = 12HP
• LOCOMOTION: 4 Vulkanised Wheels, each is 40mm in width, and they’re also 180mm in diameter.
• DIMENSIONS: (L) 89CM (H) 17CM (W) 75CM
• COLOUR: Dark Blue all over with the flipper coloured red with the name imblazed on the flipper (running vertically down the robot) in gold writing with a thick silver outline. All the edges of the robot are coloured gold.
• WEAPONRY: A full pressure Nitrogen powered flipper at 1000psi, using a single 110mm ram at 1000psi. The flipper is mounted in the middle of the robot, and is 15cm wide and runs 65cm up the body. Using a 5cm long 10mm thick Titanium wedge underneath the flipper, and a heavy flipping arm, the flipper runs completely along the ground. Running on a ratio 2.5:1, the flipper produces 1400kg of force at the tips, allowing me to launch anyone away! This version has enough lift to get a robot of equal size 11-6ft into the air, and throw it 11-6ft along. This version has 1 x 1.5kg Nitrogen bottle, giving me 10 flips! The flipper has enough power to self-right Nitro-Gene 5.0 in a super stylish 540* somersault!
• SPEED: 20mph
• GROUND CLEARANCE: 0CM-1CM. At the front, it is completely 0mm. On the skirted sides/rear, its 1cm. 4mm Titanium skirts held on by Hardox hindges are mounted on the sides/rear and join up at the corners, making it harder to get under.
• STRENGTH: Pushing power and weaponry.
• WEAKNESS: High ground clearance underneath skirts.
The Rock
• WEIGHT: 100kg
• ARMOUR: 6mm Hardox monocoque on the rear, top and sides. 4mm Hardox on the base and front. Inside, I have 2cm of Vulkanised rubber to make sure its good when facing spinners.
• SHAPE: A box-wedge shape with the front slanted at 60* in order to flip things when slamming them against the walls. All the sides are slanted at 42* INWARDS, so if it balances on any sides, it will deffinately fall back onto its wheels.
• MOTORS: 2 x S28-400 MagMotors at 36V = 12HP
• LOCOMOTION: 4 Vulkanised Wheels.
• DIMENSIONS: (L) 80CM (H) 32CM (Without the point of the axe, the height is 26CM) (W) 75CM
• COLOUR: The body is coloured grey to match the colour of Rocks, and the axe is red, including the axe-rod.
• WEAPONRY: A VERY powerful CO2 axe. The axe is 750mm long axe, completely made of Hardox, and the axe mechanism is mounted 10cm up from the front of the robot to avoid it suffering damage. The entire thing weights 5kg, with 3kg in the axe head – the axe head is shaped like a cone with the point cut off to cause more dents. The axe runs on a rack-and-pinion system through a 250mm stroke, 100mm bore pneumatic cylinder at 200psi! This allows me to give 1125kg of force per hit, and its enough to drive holes into 7mm Titanium and also put large dents in Hardox! I have 30 hits, and I can cause some harm. I can self-right with the axe, even if the axe has fired and I've been flipped, the axe can pull itself back up, self-righting me in the process.
• SPEED: 15mph
• GROUND CLEARANCE: On every side except the front which is 0mm, the clearance is 5mm.
• STRENGTH: Powerful weaponry.
• WEAKNESS: Unknown.
Knyfe
• WEIGHT: 100kg.
• ARMOUR: 6mm Hardox monocoque on the rear, top, front and sides. 4mm Titanium on the base. Inside, I have 4cm of Vulkanised rubber to make sure its good when facing spinners.
• SHAPE: An invertible box shape, with varing front ends. The sides and rear meet at a fine triangualar point
• MOTORS: 2 x LEM200’s at 48V = 50HP
• LOCOMOTION: 6 Vulkanised Wheels.
• DIMENSIONS: (L) 80CM (H) 25CM (W) 80CM
• COLOUR: The body (and each weapon set-up) is silver with golden edges, and name on top with thck gold outlines for each letter
• WEAPONRY: Knyfe has weaponry that can be changed around to suite the robots it is facing. 1: A standard concave scoop made from 15mm Hardox, impossible to bend or scratch, and perfect for stopping FBS’ 2: A pair of Hardox spikes with diamond-sharp tips. These spikes are on a hindge, and will flip over if the robot is flipped over, and because these spikes scrape the floor, it’s impossible to get under it whilst using them. 3: Front wedges, mounted in a similar way to those on forklift trucks, reaching out 25cm, and made of 8mm G5 Titanium, and of course getting thinner as it reaches the end of the wedges. The point of these is to ground other robots on them, and make them easier to push without resistance. 4: A 10mm Titanium static scoop with an 8cm Titanium extension. This is for getting under other rammers. 5: A 15mm Hardox wedge angled at 42* with an extension, perfect for deflecting vertical spinners and getting under other robots. 6: A 5mm Hardox front plate with 8 rows of 6 spikes on them, making Knyfe into a useful and dangerous rammer, as the spikes are each 8.4cm long, 2.2cm in diameter, and diamond tipped. And a 100kg robot hitting you at 20mph with diamond-tipped spikes is going to hurt thin-ish and thick-ish armours. 7: A front skirt made of 10mm Hardox, impossible to get under or break off, as it’s held on with 5mm Hardox hindges, and it sort of works as a mini-wedge. I use this for robots with other thick skirts. 8: A 42* hindged wedge at the front made of 7mm Hardox with a large 8mm Hardox hindge. The wedge is invertible, as it flops over if flipped, and isn't effected if flippeed. I use this against flippers.
• SPEED: 20mph
• GROUND CLEARANCE: 0-8mm. The front will always be 0, and the sides and rear are protected by 7mm Titanium skirts that are joined on at the Hardox hindges, and link at the corners.
• STRENGTH: Powerful drives and interchangeable weaponry.
• WEAKNESS: Wheels might be targets for axes and crushers.
Heyght
• WEIGHT: 100kg.
• ARMOUR: The armour is mounted on a Steel Chassis, with 3.25mm Hardox on the front and 5mm Hardox for the rest, with a 6mm Titanium base plate. Inside, 3cm of Vulkanised Rubber is on the front to protect it from shock-killing from the front of the robot. The bolts holding panels in place are made of Tool Steel.
• SHAPE: A low box-wedge shape, with corners slanted inwards to make the front more pointed, and they are also angled at 42*, to deflect spinners, and the rear is 42* INWARDS to it can't be beached on its back. The wedge is 30*, to allow all robot to drive onto the flipper, but also deflect spinners. The extension wedge is 20* to make it even easier to get under something. The front gets narrower at 80cm into the length, and it gets lower 60cm into the length.
• MOTORS: 2 x LEM130’s at 36V = 18HP
• LOCOMOTION: 6 Vulkanised Wheels, 60mm in width and 140mm in diameter.
• DIMENSIONS: (L) 100CM (H) 18CM-16CM (Gets lower) (W) 50CM-35CM (Gets narrower)
• COLOUR: The body is black, with the name written in black on the silver flipper.
• WEAPONRY: A C02 powered flipper made from 3.25mm Hardox, and powered a single 1000psi 110mm pneumatic ram, coming from 2 x 1.5kg bottles, giving 30 flips overall. The ram is geared at 5.4:1, so the flipper produces 600kg of force at the tips (can flip 100kg 2ft into the air), and when right underneath, the flipper has 1100kg of force (can flip 100kg 6ft into the air) To help in getting under skirts, a shallow Hardox wedge is added. The flipper can self-right Heyght in a 180* flip, but throws itself 1ft backwards and 1.5ft upwards.
• SPEED: 20mph
• GROUND CLEARANCE: 8mm all around, except for 0mm at the front, but it also has 6mm Titanium skirts held in place by 4mm Hardox hindges.
• STRENGTH: Good armour and an awesome weapon.
• WEAKNESS: Vulnerable to shock-killing from the sides.
Inferno
• WEIGHT: 100kg.
• ARMOUR: 3mm Titanium on top, and 10mm Titanium on the base, with 6mm Weldox plating around the sides. It also has 1 Inch worth of PU Foam, 1cm of Vulkalon rubber and 0.5cm of PU foam in between each of the motors to stop it self-destructing. All of the armour is curved over so no panels can be torn off.
• SHAPE: Low cylinder shape.
• MOTORS: 2 x S28-150 MagMotors at 24V (powered by 60 x 3000mAh NiCad cells producing 12amps) = 6HP
• LOCOMOTION: 4 x 60mm diameter Vulkalon treaded tyres.
• DIMENSIONS: (L) 90CM (W) 90CM (H) 10CM
• COLOUR: Black on top and bottom, with flames going around the outer rim. The disc is natural Hardox colour, with the name ‘INFERNO’ in fire colours.
• WEAPONRY: A large horizontal disc mounted on top, made from 8mm thick Hardox, weighing 35kg in weight, with 2 large blunt non-attached teeth, as in the teeth are shaped from the disc, not needing to have teeth surgically attached. The teeth reached out 6cm, 5cm wide, 0.8cm deep, and are bent at the end to bend down to a height of 3cm from the ground, and therefore, it can strike low down. The disc is powered by 2 x S28-400 MagMotors at 36V, and get up to 2500rpm in the space of 2-2.5 seconds, and 140kj is the output achieved.
• SPEED: 10MPH
• GROUND CLEARANCE: 4mm all the way around.
• STRENGTH: Powerful weapon and strong armour.
• WEAKNESS: No self-righter.
MeCannibal 3.0
• WEIGHT: 110kg (Shuffler)
• ARMOUR: 10mm Titanium on top and bottom, with a 10mm Hardox ring. It also has 3 Inches worth of PU Foam, 1cm of Vulkalon rubber and 2cm of PU foam in between each of the motors to stop it self-destructing.
• SHAPE: Invertible low cylinder
• MOTORS: 2 x S28-400 MagMotors at 24V (powered by 60 x 3000mAh NiCad cells producing 12amps) = 6HP
• LOCOMOTION: 2 x Shuffling pads
• DIMENSIONS: (L) 100CM (W) 100CM (H) 17CM
• COLOUR: Black with scary human face with over sized teeth coloured red.
• WEAPONRY: Ring spinner, made of 10mm Hardox, weighing 30kg, powered by 2 x LEM130’s at 36V to give it spinning speed of 2000rpm and producing 155KJ per blow with a spin-up time of 3 seconds, but is lethal in 1 second. It 2 big 8cm long teeth made of Hardox that curve out. The teeth are inserted into the body and have rows of Tool Steel spikes on the teeth to dig in. These teeth are 3.5kg each and are designed to send all the spinning energy into one spot rather than small amount into multiple spots. It also has 3 Inches worth of PU Foam and 1cm of Vulkalon rubber to stop it self-destructing.
• SPEED: 18MPH
• GROUND CLEARANCE: 0mm-8mm. It has a full-bodied 5mm Titanium skirt running all the way round the robot, and also running completely along the ground that rises when the shell is spinning, but drops when the shell isn’t spinning. This is powered by a simple 750w Bosch 36V motor and runs at the same time as the spinner.
• STRENGTH: Scary name and weapon
• WEAKNESS: Not so effective if the weapon stops.

Christopher Mason's stats
Die-Ceratops Re-Invertus
Weight; 100 kilos Body Shape: Wheely Big Cheese Speed; 15mph TC; 0 GC; 0mm at front, 10mm at sides and back. Wheels; 4 inner, the back two sticking out only slightly, Armour; 8mm titanium Power; 3x 12v batteries, powered by S28-400 Magmotors, at 24v. Colour; Green, with Killer Carrot style wrinkles, mouth and eyes. One of the eyes has a plaster over it, the other is a black eye. A few bandages are painted on this time. Weapons: A huge Wheely Big Cheese style pneumatic CO2 flipper, capable of flipping a tonne or so. Srimech; As the name suggests, the robot runs inverted. Bars prevent side strandings, and the back is rounded, so stranding THAT way is outta the question. The flipper works upside down. Inspiration; I've always liked Dinosaurs. This is a pun of Triceratops. The "Invertus" part is pretty obvious. Strengths; The ability to work upside down and still be able to use its weapon, now easier to control. Weaknesses: Facing more agile vapourbots
Cyclone Force 3
Weight; 100 kilos Body Shape; Storm 2 without the wedge (at first, see set-ups for more detail) Speed; 20mph TC; 0 GC; Side is 0mm due to skirts. Otherwise, 10mm. See set-ups for front GC Wheels; 6 inner Armour; 11mm Titanium. Power; LEM130's at 36 volts, ala Storm 2. 3x12v batteries. Colour; A blue-ish grey tone all over. Weapons; The robot has 3 set-ups... SET UP 1...An electric lifter device, similar to Storm 2. In theory, it can lift 190 kilos. The front makes a wedge and results in a 0mm GC. However, the wedge is useless upside down. SET-UP 2...Two large 30 centimetre long spikes, powered by their own pneumatic system and running off CO2. The front with this GC is 10mm. SET-UP 3...A simple bucket scoop, like X-Terminator. The scoop is static, but can get underneath virtually zero ground clearance. Its front is 0mm. Srimech; The robot runs inverted, the sides are protected by the skirts and back stranding is impossible. Inspiration; The original Cyclone was named because it is the name of a storm and it sounds threatening. The force came later, after it became a pusher. Strengths;Raw power Weaknesses;Limited control.
Leprosy Infection
Weight; 100 kilos Body Shape; Tetanus Booster Speed; 18mph TC; 0 GC; 6mm Wheels; 4 inner, top sticking out. Hinged "mini-skirts" hang from the side, and these protect the wheels from low lying discs. Armour; 7mm titanium Power; 3x 12v batteries, powered by S28-400 Magmotors. LEM130 motor for the drum. Colour; A disgusting shade of lime green. Weapons; A very large, very dangerous vertical drum, capable of reaching speeds of 4000rpm. The teeth on the drum are curved upwards so they can flip as well as damage and very sharp at the tip. There is a reason for this explained below. By the drum are two hindged wedge type devices, which drive oppodents onto the drum. Srimech; The robot is invertable. Bars along the side and back prevent stranding. The wheel flaps, both on top and bottom, are set so the robot can still run inverted without getting stranded. Once upside down, the teeth of the drum gouge out robot parts. Inspiration; Named after the disease which causes the skin to flake and fingers and toes to drop off...namely because the robot does something similar. The basic idea came from an episode of The Simpsons. Strengths; Drum, control is pretty good Weaknesses; Wheels may be vulnerable to axes
Axe-O-Lotl
Weight: 100 kilos Body Shape: Comengetorix Speed: 20mph TC: 0 GC: 6mm Wheels: 4 inner Armour: 3.25mm Hardox all around. Power: Same stuff as Storm 2 and Cyclone Force uses. Colour: Has interchangable panels. One set is pure black, the other pure white with pink tinges. Weapons: A very nasty pneumatic axe, with the power of Dominator 2. The head is diamond tipped, and the whole weapon is VERY persistant. It can fire about 40 times in one fight. Srimech: The axe rights the robot. The robots body is designed so it can't be side stranded. Inspiration: My favourite amphibian, the axolotl. Strengths: Powerful weaponary Weaknesses: Obviously a limited CO2 supply.
Orka MK4
Weight: 100 kilos Body Shape: Behemoth Speed: Some 15mph TC: 0 GC: 8mm, 0mm at front. Wheels; 6 inner Armour; 7mm titanium Power; 3x 12v batteries, powered by S28-400 Magmotors, at 24v. Colour; Black with white patches Weapons; A Behemoth like bucket scoop, made from titanium 5mm thick, and quite capable of lifting 300 kilos. It has a claw like device, also pneumatic, to grab an oppodent, like the claw on Mantis. The scoop is pnumatically powered by CO2, and has about 45 odd flips. Srimech: It has a pneumatic "dorsal fin" piston that self-rights the robot, ala Vlad The Impaler. Inspiration; I've always liked Orcas. Adding the K made it sound more dangerous. Strengths; Weapon Weaknessess: Hard to turn
Mega Masher 2
Weight: 100 kilos Body Shape: Minion with skirts. Speed: 12mph TC: 0 GC; 0 at front, 1mm at sides due to skirts, 10mm underneath. Wheels; 4 inner. Armour: A nice 3.25mm Hardox Power: 3x 12v batteries, plus Bosch 750's at 36v. Colour: Red and yellow. Weapons; The front is a wedge, and the back has a nasty vertical disc, powered by its own LEM130 motor and spinning at 2'000 rpm. It can probably flip as well as damage. A side Minion style bar, pneumatic CO2 powered, comes out from the side. Srimech: The aforementioned bar rights the robot, even though it can run inverted. Inspiration; This is probably the only robot I have where I have had no inspiration. It just came as a good name. Strengths: Power, weaponary
Y4
Weight: 99 kilos Body Shape: T-Minus Speed: 16mph TC: 0 GC: 8mm, but the flipper blade reaches 0. Wheels: 2 semi outer (that means they're protected) Armour: 5mm steel on body, 9mm titanium on wheelguards. Power: The usual 3x 12v batteries and couple Magmotors (S28-400s) for power. Colour: Grey Weapons: An extremely powerful pneumatic CO2 flipper (Try 300 kilos+). Can perform about 30 or so flips before it starts weakening. Srimech: The flipper acts as srimech. It can also be used as gymnastics. A light flip will knock the robot back over, but pressing hard on the button will send the robot into a 540 degree spin before landing, or a Matador style bound in mid air. All prperly controlled, of course. The robot can also run inverted, so if it gets too close to the arena wall, it should be OK. Inspiration: A quote from a cartoon. Taz-mania, I believe. Strengths: Powerful flipper, very entertaining. Weaknessess: Semi exposed wheels. Weaknessess: A little bulky, not as heavy as the body would suggest.
Crash Trashing Robot
Weight: 100 kilos Body Shape: A box with a wedge at the front and an inverted wedge at the back. About a metre long, point 3 of a metre wide and point 2 of a metre high. Speed: 20mph. TC: 0. GC: 6mm all over except wedge, which meets at 0. Wheels: 4 inner. Armour: 4mm Hardox Power: 3x 12v batteries, plus Magmotors (S28-400s). Colour: Orange top and sides, blue underneath. Weapons: The mini wedge sports a nasty rear hindged, pneumatic CO2 flipper. Also, the back wedge, which contains a weapon of it's own, a pneumatic spike, ala Spawn Of Scutter. Srimech: Crash runs inverted, and the sides stick out to prevent side-stranding. When upside down, the wedge at the back allows Crash to continue attacking, thanks to the spike. Inspiration: My old video-game friend, Crash Bandicoot. Notes: Says "WOAH!" whenever you hit his face (painted on his flipper) thanks to a sound-system inside. "WOAH!", of course, being Crash's catchphrase. Strengths: Very fast and manuverable. Weaknesses: Tengu! Crash STILL hasn't forgiven him after the last time they met.

Slammer VI
Weight: 100kg Shape: See the image: it is invertible, wedged at the front while primarily functioning as an axlebot. The slot in the front plate is where the different weapon setups are mounted. Wheels: The two large wheels at the back, which run on separate systems and have all their electronics inside them. They are made of 7mm hardox and are essentially mounted over the chassis - the end hubs being static while the wheel only effectively the part with the (8mm) tyre rubber on it, thus ensuring that the wheels effectively can't be taken off by force. The wheels are heavily internally shockproofed to protect the motors. Motors: 2x S28-400 Magmotors at 24v Speed: 14mph Turning circle: 0m Armour: The main bulk of the machine is one piece of pressed 7mm hardox forming the front and side panels, and additionally a secondary 5mm hardox rear hub section houses most of the electronics, essentially being a wide tube with the housings in it. The details of the wheels and front wedge are covered in wheels and weapons respectively. There are various struts supporting the two sides, for the most part these beign stainless steel. The primary ones are however mounted from the inside of the wheel guard extension - the big 8mm hardox plate infront of the wheel infact being one continuous plate that goes the whole way through the robot (though the centre section had sections cut into it so it is more strips. The plate is attached through both welds and brackets, and support front the diangonal struts which support it, which are themselves made of hardox rods with a further 8mm hardox holding them together. Behind the wedge there is a horizontal 3mm hardox plate which is attached into the chassis on both sides and structurally acts as a third face of the wedge (as wheel as being hwere the weapon mechanisms for both jaws and dic are mounted) and has struts coming off into to the wedge to break the streucture into traingles more for additonal strength. Ground clearance: As an axle-bot it varies, but is easy enough to get under. By nature slammer is also both invertible and able to self right. Weapons: Both on top and underneath there is a flipper plate powered by linear actuators, the plates function to flip the entire robot over its own axle from either way up. They are made of titanium and have a 6mm polycarbonate plate over the end section to give a more even 'foot' and a little less friction so it can be fired more easily while on the move. This functions to involve the secondary weapon for the primary mode of attack.
The front plate is part of the side chassis that had been pressed into shape (comprising the front and two side panels and given titanium angles on the inside bolted in to reinforce, it goes down to a sharp edge to get under opponents to allow it to flip them over using the two flippers which produce an effect on slammer similar to a less potent wheely big cheese. However, there is a central slot in the wedge which three weapon setups can be mounted:
1) The Claw - Essentially a gripping claw, this weapon is retracted inside the wedge to allow it go get firmer grips on a foe than previously then comes out when slammer is under an opponent. It has two textured rubber 'finger-tips' to help grasp an opponent. This is also powered by linear actuators to provide the push. Once a foe is within the grip the two flipper beneath can fire backwards and forward to preform the namesake 'slams' and essentially thrash an opponent into submission. Also considering at this point the opponent won't have traction due to being held offground it can also be used to throw opponents out of the ring.
2) The Armour - A single solid piece of additional 8mm hardox plating to face big spinners - it is essentially a mask for the front of slammer, havign a 'tail' which goes through the front panel which is then secured using hardox robs which stick through the tail, and then have bolts screwed into the back of them and the 'tail' to hold then securely. Additionally the plate wraps round the side and is further secured by 18 additional bolts (nine in two rows) per side into the side plates to further stabilitise it.
3) The Disc - For certain opponents, a 10kg vertical flywheel with two teeth spinning at 1000rpm for fighting more lightly armoured foes. This weapon is mostly unchanged from previous incarnations.
Strengths: Tough, very manouverable and self flipping can make it able to escape being wedged against things and beign gripped or pushed. Weaknesses: Comparativly weak pushing power.
Salamander III
Colour: black and yellow
Weight: 100kg
Shape: a semi axle bot, the drive being inside the wheels,
Wheels: two large wheels, made of 6mm Titanium, only the outside of the wheel moves however, the 'hubcap area' is static and made of 4mm hardox to act as protection from other weapons. Essentially the wheels it works like a ring spinner on it's side.
Speed: 12mph,
Turning circle: 0m
Armour: 3mm hardox
Power: wheelchair motors at 24v
Ground clearance: 6mm: but the disc is quite low so its difficult to actaully do much, it is an axle bot after all.
Weapons: A massive 22kg spinning disc made of hardox with holes drilled in to center the weight round the edge, it spins at 2000rpm and is aproximatly 80cm in diameter. It has two square hardox teeth to do the damage, the only problem being that its spin up time isn't the fastest ever, it is powered by a 4" magmotor. Robot is heavily shock proofed to prevent damage caused by it's own weapon's recoil.
Srimech: invertible.
Strengths: Very strong weaponry, manouverable, difficult to get a hold of
Weaknesses: High clearance.
Tengu VII
Mobility: 4 small inner wheels on a simple skid steer
Colour: Green
Weight: 100kg
Shape: A short cylinder, with very slightly tapering top, tengu is not much shorter: around 60% of its previous height but around 15% larger radius.
Speed: 18mph
Turning circle: 0m
Power: 2x 750 watt Bosch wiper motors at 24v.
Armour: The armour is 4mm titanium, however, tengu has its unique anti spinner ring to give invulnerability for it against the dangers of the rest of the horizontal spinner community. grade As you can now see tengu has a setup two smaller blades per side rather than the single larger ones at the base, this is for reasons that will be explained later. Anyway, basically the result in this is that the spinner ring is mounted between the blades, therefore it goes from about 7% of the height from the ground up to about 85% height in this case, or in a normal setup from 7% to 95%, meaning it has very good coverage whichever way. With the blades above and below the rest is protected very well anyway.
For the ring itself you know the drill: a ring of toughened polypropylene (a very tough industrial synthetic rubber) mounted on a metal frame mounted free on castors, this means that it spins completely independently and is not restricted in horizontal movement in any way. The effect: any hit from a horizontal spinning weapon will cause the spinner ring to spin by transferring the energy into that, which as it slows down will dissipate the energy harmlessly as heat and sound. It also means that should a robot with horizontal gripping weapon get a purchase tengu can still spin up while it is being held assuming it doesn’t crush too badly. This is all over a toughened stainless steel chassis which has triangular bars making the whole chassis appear to be made up of triangles, this design leads to extra strength against crushers. Read also skirts, as they are defensive too. The robot is very heavily shock proofed.
Ground clearance: Under new skirts 6mm, however these skirts are a lot different to usual, basically they are a ring of aluminium foam with all the gap filled in with rubber beneath the robot, there are castors set into them to keep manoeuvrability, basically they not only protect from flippers but from low discs like spin dash. It also enables a slight bit of bounce so it can go to one side slightly without leaving a clearance. Its an inch thick form the outside (as in in plan view). How this has changed for Tengu 7 is there are now two set-ups for these skirts to suit opponents. The skirts when facing flippers lifting forks or anything which needs to get under the machine to turn tengu over are at the outside, as in level with the rest of the machine. However when facing robots which get under an opponent to make an attack easier, or attack underneath, ie. SD IV type saws, wedge crushers, front hinged flippers, robots with flywheels mounted up a wedge, they are now mounted 15cm in from the outside so the robot CAN get under, this however means that they will drive straight under with little resistance but get hit by the blades up their wedge damaging them in places which were previously inaccessible.
Weapons: The robot is a full body spinner powered by a 4" magmotor at a gearing ratio of 6:1, although much wider than previous it still gives out somewhere in the region of 70-80Kj as t is much shorter, the spin up time is also still quite rapid. It hits using one of 4 sets of blades chosen depending on the opponent:
* Two 7.5-kilo blades with go into the robot to prevent them being ripped off, each is about 15cm long. Used against most opponents except ones mentioned below. Used in melee even if only one opponent doesn't fit the required groups below. * Triangular wedges, they skim along the ground at low clearances of about 1.5mm, and sharply curve upwards, they can be used to turn over bots with high clearances. They are made of high grade aluminium approximately 2cm thick. * The dual hit weapons, basically there is a large titanium/tungsten alloy bar, which protrudes 30cm backwards from the spinning direction (ie anticlockwise), there is a large blade which is slightly curved at the end where it attacked (its the same bar so won't snap off in impact), at the far end of the bar there is a smaller blade which is more pointed and is barbed backwards. Therefore on hit the large blade will hit first, and almost instantaneously the second blade will stab in as well, causing two lots of damage, this is only to be used against robots which have long flat sides and light armour as it is primarily a weapon that looks impressive when it hits. It can also be used for removing skirts. * The new ones: basically they are two standard blades mounted at the top and bottom of the side of the robot, making 4 blades in total (the blades shown in the picture) Basically they are used against robots with shells too tough for the blades to pierce, but are instead designed to knock an opponent away but also deliver as much force through the smallest area possible without off balancing the machine. This basically means that it’s far more likely to do severe shock damage inside to machines which aren’t likely to be damaged properly.
Srimech: Bar srimech on top powered by linear actuators: the actuators are on the inside and the arm is aluminium boron carbide which means that its incredibly resistant to damage. The srimech actions now takes about 0.9 second. The bar is inset into the top of the machine so it is difficult to damage.
Strengths: Very good weaponry, manoeuvrable, gyroscopic force makes it very difficult to flip. Variables make it suitable for any opponent.
Weaknesses: Low traction.
Achilles
Weight: 100kg Shape: A sloped box that is wedged at the front- the robot is far lower to the ground than all previous incarnations, and the front is less steep as a result making it easier to get under a foe. The front end is now also curved to allow better resistance to weapons. As always, the back is rounded allowing the srimech to 'roll' it over more easily. The sides are now also very slightly sloped inwards at the top. The volume of the robot is about a quarter smaller. Wheels: Four internal cast aluminium wheels (similar to tornado's Go Cart wheels in design but only 40mm wide) and using treaded go-kart style tyres of appropriate diameters. They are run off a tornado-esque skid steer system. Motors: 2x Eteks at 48v Speed: 18mph Turning circle: 0m Armour: 5mm titanium and on top 10mm of polyurethane rubber to stop axes and crushers The flipper and front armour is a hardox frame (4mm) and the spatula is titanium. The internal rams are mounted onto a hardox crossbar but otherwise the top of the flipper it is now armoured with 10mm polycarbonate and the aforementioned rubber. The chassis is also titanium and the side and rear armour is slotted into grooves on the chassis and then welded making it very difficult to remove the side panels. Ground clearance: At the front, the flipper spatula essentially gives it a 0 ground clearance, at the sides it would be 5mm but is protected by a 3mm stainless steel skirt Weapons: The weapon is a rear pivoted lifting arm, this has two set-ups, plus a small extra mounted weapon for either. To get under the opponent it has a Bigger Brother style lifting plate that runs parallel to the ground resting upon it that gives the machine a really low ground clearance enabling it to get under most things, the front edge of the plate has been filed to a sharp edge.
Set-up 1: Hydraulics Uses a single hydraulic lifting arm to life opponents of up to 150 kg into the air and tip over up to 400kg. Uses a 120mm bore ram with 40mm stroke and powered using a Vivoil pump On top of the lifter is a hook mechanism that looks like a tiny claw but performs the same gripping effect as the top mounted behemoth axe. It is not particularly sharp, as it is not designed to cause damage, just to grip the opponent it is powered by a small linear actuator.
Set-up 2: Pneumatics The second set up is a high-powered pneumatics set-up with a single canister of C02 running at 1000psi providing the power. The addition to this set-up is a small T-shaped bar powered by an actuator which pivots towards the back, enabling Achilles to self right without using up any gas. In emergencies both srimech options can be fired simultaniously for a short 'hop'.
Strengths: Very durable, no particular weaknesses for opponent to exploit. Weaknesses: No damaging weapons.
Baldur Gamma
Weight: 100kg
Shape: A small invertible box, taller at the front and with a wedge front cut out to allow it to get under opponents. Basically look atthe picture
Dimensions: 65cm x 55cm base, 45cm high
Mobility: Drive on a skid steer, uses the same drive system as tornado however the front wheels are taller and the back are smaller and wider from more traction. The wheels have a 5mm hardox layer beneath the rubebr for traction. spikes can be added to improve tration on certain surfaces. There is a thick tungsten bar at the rear to give the wheels a little further protection.
Motors: 2x Lem 130s at 46volts
Speed: 17mph,
Turning circle: 0m
Armour: 5mm Titanium Kevlar composite over a thick hardox chassis, the chassis is broken up into triangles for more strength. Behind the front scoop-weapon of the robot there is an 4cm titanium foam to make it even tougher but lightweight due to the fact that it absorbs the hit as its foam. Over the front there is a 5mm hardox plate. All in all that means the front has 51mm of armour. This means that its essentially invulnerable to damage from the front. Everything inside is heavily shcokproofed to counter any kind of blow.
Ground clearance: The front both ways up has a spatula in the weapon givign it 0mm clearance to allow it to get beaneath opponents, the one at the top is hinged inwards so the robot can't rest on the spatulas as it will fold in and allow the robot to fall onto its wheels. The titanium domes at the side prevent it resting on its side while also acting as joints for the weapon.
Weapons: A lack of weapon was baldur beta was in my oppinion its downfall and as such Baldur Gamma has four options both based upon the same basic mechanism.
The weapon shown in the render is the basic default weapon used against everything from full body spinners to toher rammers, its essentially a scoop powered by bellow pnuematics, a compact and lgiht weight system used to lift lorry wheels off the road, they are exceedingly strong. The armouring of the wedge is mentioend in the armour section meaning that is perfect for countering high power spinners. Due to the toughness of the wedge its more or less impossible to remove the scoop by force, the thick side domes are attached through the chassis and hold the scoop on. The weapon works both ways up and lifts to about 70 degrees up from horizontal.
Alternativly for certain situations there is an alternative weapon, the weapon is inertd so it is convex instead of concave and covered in short hardox spines in 5 rows of ten. This means that the front has to be half as thick to allow for the weight, and although thisweapon is rarely used, against lighly armoured skirted opponents it can be very useful for turning an opponent over as it digs into their armour meaning gettign under them is not needed.
This last option is certainly the most sneaky and is the most original, basically The front of the scoop is made much thinner, removing the titanium foam layer and halving the hardox, and all the weight is added onto either the left or the right hand side of the machine. Corresponding to which way a full body spinner spins all the armour will be placed on that side allowing the robot to ram into the spinning ring and hte toughened side take the hit allowing the robot to still get under on the same charge. This has to be used carefully as a larger machine such as MDU would be too dangerous, and as such it would be more sensible to put all the armour in one place, but against tempest for example this setup would be ideal.
Srimech: Invertible
Strengths: built like a tank everything is heavily enough to resist more or less any attack, small and nimble makes it more difficult to hit with things like axes or crushers. Generally just a bugger to dispose of.
Weaknesses: No active damaging weapons weaponry.
Black Panther
Weight: 100kg Shape: The majority of the shape is a very low semi-circular wedge that effectively means that any robot that tries to attack from the front 180 degrees will effectively be going up the wedge. In addition to this, the wide, rounded frontal surface of the wedge is more resistant to spinners due to the lack of seams and the larger surface area. The rear extrusion is primarily for balancing the robot during axe use. Wheels: 4 very small (50mm diamater) cast aluminium internal wheels on a simple skid steer - they are all housed within the wedge part of the machine. Motors: 2x S28-400 Magmotors at 24v Speed: 22mph Turning circle: 0m Armour: The frontal wedge is 7mm titanium with the flipper having an extra 5mm polycarbonate over it. Behind the wedge there is 30mm of titanium foam which serves to lodge weapons in it rather than let them go straight through. The armour is mounted over a stainless steel chassis with particularly thick bars running the length of the robot and finishing either side of the flipper slot (inside of course) to give a sturdier front, the area surrounding the axe mechanism is 5mm titanium (the axes plateau).
The rest of the armour (essentially the back and box section) is 25mm HDPE as are the two 'sails' which are seen in the image. The sails serve several purposes -primarily however they protect the axe mechanism from crushers and other axes by making them unable to reach around the top of it. They also aid in self righting in two ways- firstly they shield the axe itself from the inpact of landing upside down, and secondly they allow self righting to be smoother by allowing the robot to 'roll' back onto its wheels. Ground clearance: The front 180 degrees of the robot is effectively 0mm due to the wedge, the rear is upwards of 20mm. Weapons: The primary weapon is the large pnuematic axe on a similar mechanism to Terrorhurtz, running on a single canister of CO2 at 250psi. The shaft is stainless steel and the blunt blade is 9kg worth of hardox in the shape seen in the image. The benefit of this shape is all the power of the axe is focused to a point so does more focused damage, but the heavy weight and broad shape mean that the damage done is heavy impact damage to shock the internals in a focused manner without risking gettign lodged in an opponent.
The flipper is powered by 2 linear actuators with a relatively small stroke and is inset into the body to keep is away from damage. The flipper only lifts about 40cm so as not to interfere with the axe, but does so in a quick enough motion that it can flip a robot over. The 'scraper' section of the scoop if a further 3mm of titanium shaped into a forked shape - this has two purposes, firstly for accomodating the axe. Secondly by going to two points instead of a single hard edge it focuses the force of a charge into a smaller area making it far more likely that the robot will be able to punch under skirts due to the proportionally higher pressure exerted and the much smaller points of resistance against it.
Strengths: Effective attack combination, fast, difficult to counter, very manouverable. Weaknesses: Comparativly weak pushing power.
ArchAngel of the Abyss
Colour: silver and dark metallic purple
Weight: 150kg
Shape: a two layered full body spinner, the upper ring overlaps the lower so is only about 10cm of lower ring exposed now, meaning the upper ring can hit lower targets.
Mobility: A 'cheeky boy' (which is essentially a number of parrallel pendulems, the feet of which move in a vaguely elliptical shape so that there are always enough on the floor to be very stable. walking system for stability powered by 4 x C40-500 Magmotors on 36v. The are made of titanium, bars with a thickness of 7mm and are enclosed entirely within the shell of the robot. The feet are the same pendulem-blades as before with a textured rubber grip to provide some extra traction. The outer shell of the robot is supported on a number of castors to take the weight off the legs.
Speed: 12mph
Turning circle: 0m
Armour: As a ring spinner the lower ring is made of 5mm hardox, the upper of 5mm titanium and the rest is generally 25mm polycarbonate excepting the chassis, which is alumnium and the scrimech ontop which is 7mm titanium.
Ground clearance: 40mm under skirt (which is attached to base) skirt is the same foam skirt as tengu
Weapons: A two layered full body spinner, the upper layer spins up completly at 1000rpm with a practically instantanious spin up time, this defends the robot while the much more powerful lower flywheel gets up to a speed of between 1500 and 2500rpm depending on tourny rules. The lower ring has two 5kg hardox blades, (in addition to it's 25kg mass) each being 7cm long, while the upper flywheel is slightly broader (and infact overlaps the lower flywheel (and weights closer to 18kg)) so that the blades will hit something before the lower as if the lower hit it would prevent it reaching speed. The upper blades extend about 2cm in total further than the lower.
Srimech: A tengu like bar is the replacement for the heavy prongs which self righted it before, powered by linear actuators and pivoted at one side.
Strengths: Very destructive, difficult to attack. 360 degree attacking.
Weaknesses: Not many, but large width can make it a little difficult to do precision steering with. Traction is relativly low.
MODIFICATIONS FOR 200KG LIMIT
1) The lower flywheel is now powered by 2 magmotors working in unison. its speed remains the same however.
.
2) The lower flywheel has a tengu style anti spinner ring.
3) Armour is 60% thicker and everythign is more heavily shockproofed.
Dante
Weight: 100kg
Shape: Take a took
Mobility: Two large but lightweight wheel, exposed, but very sturdily mounted: comprised of foam with a titanium casing over the top, under the rubber track itself is 9mm aluminium boron carbide which should keep the damage from happening where it matters. They are very difficult todamage significantly due to this toughness, the rubber is industrial polypropylene which is very tough to cut it is a high grade synthetic rubber.
Motors: 2x wheelchair motors at 36 volts.
Speed: 22mph,
Turning circle: 0m
Armour: There is no sheet armour on this machine brinign the weight right down, instead the machine is contructed from thick hardox tubing forming a tough outer shell, this is especially good against flywheels as it means that instead of tearing through armour as there is no place to gain purchase it will snag the machien and throw it rather than damaging it. All the machanics are moutned in the cnetre of the chassis so that only really long spikes or axe blades coudl reach it and they have an aluminium cover over them to prevent anything damaging them too easily such as shrapnel. The one exception to the no armour rule is the two tungsten carbide bars at the front (it does exist, I showed Dave, it is approximatly 55% tougher than hardox but has a relative density of 14.6 comapred to 7.8 of hardox, hence the minimal use of it, tis also considerably more brittle but as its that hard nothigns going to make it snap really anyway) These bars serve five purposes - firstly they act as the main defense against other high powered spinners, secondly they block any shrapnel caused by the machiens own weapon from damaging the robot, thirdly they are pivoted at the front and mounted off linear actuators so they move forward like a front hinged flipper, they go close enough to the disc to unclog it of any large thigns such as scraps of fur etc, it also acts as a srimech, but also should any robot end up ontop they can push it off. Everythign possible is shock proofed with rubber to survive impact from the machiens own disc or someone elses.
Ground clearance: Quite high all round, excpet obviously udner the wheels.
Weapons: A huge 24kg vertical flywheel made of steel, approximatly 42cm in diamter powered by a magmotor and spinning at 1000 rpm. Two hardox teeth. A very nasty weapon, the teeth are designed to try and knock opponents upwards and bludgeon them really hard rather than shred. Buckle and bash to destroy the innards.
Srimech: The tungtsen carbide bars pivot forward on actuators.
Strengths: Very tough in more or less every way.
Weaknesses: High clearance, and vulnerable to long thin spikes

MOVEMENT: 2 wheels with Vulkanon tires and aluminium hubs powered by 2 S28-150 Magmotors at 24volts WEAPONS: Front hinged high pressure C02 flipper, powered by two rams, running at 500psi. SCRIMECH: flipper.
Crimson Thunder
SHAPE: Box with wedge at front and inverted wedge at back. COLOUR: Deep Red. WEIGHT: Around 100kg DIMENSIONS: L:110cm W:65cm H:23cm SPEED: 30mph TURNING CIRCLE:0mm ARMOUR: 5mm hardox GROUND CLEARANCE: 0mm at the front, 0mm with hinged skirts at sides, 20mm at sides under the skirts and at back. (Well, technically 23cm at the very back, thanks to the inverted wedge. MOVEMENT: 4 Wheels with Vulkanon tires and aluminium hubs powered by 4 36v LEM130s Powered by 6 NiCad battlepacks. WEAPONS: None but the force. SCRIMECH: Invertable.

Lethal Execution
Shape: Box, with the Tornado style angled back. Colour: Silver, With the words LETHAL EXECUTION painted on the top, in blood red paint that looks like splattered blood Weight: 100kgs Dimensions: 105X60X25CM (105X60X30 with the drum) Speed: 18mph Turning Circle: 0mm Armour: 7mm Titanium Ground Clearance: 7mm at the front, and below the hinged skirts and the back and sides, 0mm with skirts Movement: Six Aluminium wheels with Vulkanon tires. They are protected from the side by the armour, but are vulnerable from the top . They are powered by 2 B42-500 Magmotors at 48 volt, with 4 NiCad battlepacks. Weapons: Interchangable weapons. Setup One: Two Hardox lifting spikes powered by a linear actuator. They are very similar to Panic Attacks lifting spikes, and can be moved 90 degrees in either direction, meaning they work inverted. Setup Two: A vertical crushing jaw, made of Hardox and diamond-tipped. It's powered by hydraulics at 1500PSI. At the tip it has 2.5 tonnes of force and at the ram it has 5 tonnes. Setup Three: A hardox spinning drum with two thick teeth, with a diameter of 30cm powered by a couple of LEM 130s. It runnes at 2000rpm and deals out 70kjs of kinetic energy. it is attached to the body at a sligh It's designed to flip as it bashes Because this set-up is un-invertable, it has semi-sperical wheel coverings. These are made of 3mm Hardox, and are near-unpenetratable by axes. There is also almost 10cm of clearence between the highest part of the coverings and the actual wheels, so even if the axe does poke through, it will probably not hurt the wheels themselves. It also has two thin titanium self-righting hoops. They're fairly easy to break, so they aren't exceedingly effective, but they can get the job done. Scrimech: Invertable with the first two set-ups, self-righting hoops with the spinning drum.
Blue Sparks
Shape: Box Colour: Red, with blue sparks painted on the back corners. If you've played the Mario Kart games, think the ones you get when you drift-turbo Weight: 110kgs Dimensions: L: 110cm W: 75cm H: 30cm Speed: 13mph Turning Circle: 0 Armour: 6mm Titanium all round Ground Clearance: 7mm Movement: Titanium tracks with Vulkanon treads, powered by a couple of S28-150 magmotors powered by 4 NiCad Battlepacks at 48 Volts. Weapons: A 30kg Hardox horizontal spinning disc powered by an Etek and 2 24v NiCad battlepacks. The 2 teeth are Hardox, and curve to a point to rip as well as bludgeon. The disc spins at 1750rpm and deals out 125kjs of energy. Scrimech: Invertable
Leviathan
Shape: Think Behemoth, but a bit longer and lower, and with a curved back Colour: Deep blue, with bubbles painted on here and there. On the front, "Leviathan" is written in black cursive script Weight: 110kgs Dimensions: 90x50x45 Speed: 15mph Turning Circle: 0mm Armour: 6mm Titanium everywhere but the scoop, which is 10mm Hardox. Ground Clearance: 0mm at the front, because of the scoop, 0mm at the sides, because of the skirts, and 10m at the back and under the skirts. Movement: Four S28-150 Magmotors with four 24V NiCad Battlepacks, driving titanium tank tranks with Vulkalon on every other link. Weapons Weapons: A Hardox scoop. The entire top of the robot lifts up, as well as the scoop, like Behemoth, except it opens further. It's powered by 2 2.5KG CO2 canisters and double 80mm full pressure rams at 900psi, and should be able to flip around 1000kgs, and toss 300kg. Scrimech: Flipper if it lands on the top, rounded back, and it has the same self-righty extension thingies Behemoth has, should it land on its side

Martijn M Benschop's statsSheer Heart Attack 2Shape – See picture, it’s a pair of tracks, joined by a drum. The front is higher than the back to fit on a more powerful weapon. Designed in such a way that the tracks remain in contact with the floor no matter what. Both tracks have their own private hinged invertible rear-wedge, with a little upright edge to prevent opponents from driving over the wedge straight against the track. The hinge is OVER the wheel hub rather than behind the main body. Weight – 110 Kilogram Speed – 29 km/h (18mph) Dimensions – 80*90*32 cm Ground Clearance – Zero underneath the tracks, but with an overhang, zero underneath the rear-wedges Power –2x LEM130s at 48v Movement – Two sturdy 15 mm titanium tracks, with rubber strips attached to them for traction Turning Circle - Zero Weaponry – A 30 kilogram titanium spinning drum, 28 cm in diameter, at the front of my machine equipped with 10 hardox teeth, powered by 2 S28-400 Magmotors at 24 volt and spinning around at 3500 RPM, which produces 39 kJ. Sheer Heart Attack 2 also has 2 rear-wedges, one on each track, to make it more effective as a rammer. Armour – The sides of the tracks are protected by 10 mm titanium, the tracks themselves are 15 mm titanium, and the rear wedge is tapered, ranging from 2 mm titanium to absolute 0. Srimech – It’s invertible Strenghts – Devestating against most wedges, nice traction Weakness – Exposed (but quite sturdy) tracks might be a weakness Notes- I designed this robot to be a robot which gains it’s advantage by driving OVER an opponent, a bit like Barberous. The exposed tracks are the ultimate way to keep in contact with the floor no matter what kind of ramp I drive up, so that if a good rambot or whatever gets underneath me in a threatening way, I can simply go in full reverse and escape. The drum, of course, is a perfect way to hurt an opponent while he’s underneath you. Axe to FallShape – Take a cylinder, cut it in halve, and then put it on the ground, rectangular side heading downwards. The straight ends are the left and right sides, and are sloped. Weight – 100 Kilogram Speed – 24 km/h (15 mph) Dimensions – 115x80x40 cm (due to axe hanging out, main body is 80x80x40 cm) Ground Clearance – 0 at front, 7 mm anywhere else Power – 2x LEM130s at 48v Movement – Four inner wheels, 10cm diameter Turning Circle - Zero Weaponry – The main weapon is a 5 kg double-headed axe on top of the machine, it’s a steel 80 cm shaft with two diamond edged blades made of hardox on the end of it. The blades are shaped like the Mortis’ blades, in order to create some nice slices into opposing armour. The whole axe is powered by 2 nitrogen bottles at 1000 psi, a 1 kg buffer bottle and a 30 mm bore ram, for fast and furious hits, with a downforce of almost 2 ton brought onto a fine blade, and an energy unleash which seems significantly higher than for example Beta’s if my calculations are right. At the front of Axe to Fall is a small wedge/ram made out of 8 mm Titanium, to lift my opponent’s wheels into air while clobbering them with my blade, or perhaps even to grab him. This ram is also my plan B if my axe fails in battle, just ram them hard using my good traction. Armour - 8 mm Titanium front and 15 mm polycarb for the rest of the bot. There are also two small blocks of vulcanized rubber on the mid-front and the mid-back of my machine, to absorb the downforce where the axe hits the chassis. Srimech - The axe acts as a srimech, thanks to the curved shape of the top my bot can self right in no time, even if it has to self right over the wedged front (the wedge is very small mind you). To make sure my bot won’t end up on his side, I created a pair of curves on both sides, as can be seen on the picture. Strengths – Destructive weapon, quick at self righting Weakness - Weapon only works when opponent is in front of or behind the machine. Flick of the WristShape – 6-wheeled Tornado, including the angled rear to keep in contact with the ground while driving up a wedge Weight – 100 Kilogram Speed – 35 km/h (22mph) Dimensions – 120x80x20 cm Ground Clearance – 10 mm under the main body, variable clearance under the lifting spikes, with 0 mm as a minimum Power – 2 B42-500 Magmotors at 48 volt Movement – 6 wheels for awesome traction Turning Circle - Zero Weaponry – A pair of hardox, diamond tipped electric lifting spikes, a lot like the lifting spatula of American SHW Vladiator. These are 25 cm in length and can be lifted downwards which turns them into an active invertible lifting wedge. They can also be raised parallel to the floor, so they can act as a pair of classic ramming spikes. A 100 kg robot driving around at 22 mph is good for 5 kJ of kinetic energy. When this is brought onto a pair of diamond tipped spikes, this might seriously harm some armours. Armour – 7 mm titanium all around Srimech – It’s invertible Strenghts – High speed rambot, awesome traction Weakness – Lack of devestating weapons Another Night at the BarShape – A wide 4WD axlebot, with a large bar hanging underneath the axle, please take a look at the picture Weight – 100 Kilogram Speed – 24 km/h (15mph, geared for control) Dimensions – 54x119x25 cm Ground Clearance – Well, it’s an axlebot… Power – 2x S28-400 Magmotors at 24 volt Movement –4 Large wheels with Go-Kart tires, 25cm diameter Turning Circle - Zero Weaponry – In the middle of the axle, mounted underneath, JUST above the floor (a centimeter or 2), is a 83 cm Hardox bar with thick teeth on it. It weighs 25 kilogram and is powered by a LEM130 at 48 V, spinning at 1500 rpm, giving it a nice spin up time. It’s able to poop 75 kJ of energy straight into any opponent, so ha! The bar is mounted in such a way that it sticks out from the front and from the back, basically making it a double-headed spinning bar. The bar is rounded all over, to make the “srimech” more effective. More on this later on. Armour – If you split the cylinder in halve, horizontally, the upper part of it is 4,5 mm hardox, and the lower part 5 mm, which is to centre the weight around the lower part, which helps the srimech. The insides are made shockproof with rubber, so it won’t be destroyed by it’s own weapon. Srimech – Right, the bot technically is invertible, but I gave it some features to make sure the bar hits low at all times, where it can fend of wedges more easy, and deal better hits altogether. Heck, considering how low I hit ‘em, chances are flippers won’t harm me in the first place. Anyway, in the picture, the green parts and the silver part are joined loose rather than fixed. Get flipped=>stop spinning=>see how the wheels find their way to the ground, see how the bar slides back into “resting position” (when it can’t be seen from the side), helped by the rounded shape=>see my axle “roll”, courtesy of my centre of gravity which should be somewhere in the middle of the bar=>spin up again. Below pictures might provide some more explaining. Strenghts – Devastating weaponry sticking out at the front and back, at only 2 cm above the floor. Should be able to fend off wedges. Weakness – Can bounce off though armour, or the arena wall, or even the arena floor when the axle topples. A lot more stable than its previous incarnation, but still a bouncer. Won’t be pushing very much either. Back to Rock IIIShape – See picture, it’s a box with a scoop at the front and a rounded back. The front is higher than the back and has an “arc” like Behemoth had, all for more efficient self-righting. Weight – 100 Kilogram Speed – 18mph Dimensions – 90x84x33 cm Ground Clearance – 0 underneath the lifter and skirts, 5 mm everywhere else. Power – 2x LEM130s at 48v Movement – 6 wheels, about 12 cm diameter Turning Circel - Zero Weaponry – A big rear-hinged lifting arm, basically the red part of the picture. It is powered by a single LEM130 at 36 V, which a “pinion and rack”-mechanism. A pinion around the LEM’s axle moves up a rack that’s joint to the lifter about halfway its length. The fancy part is that this runs through a gearbox, with 2 gears. One gear is for powerful and controlled lifting and moves up the arm in about 2-3 seconds, another gear is for quick self-righting and moves up the arm in 1 second. The two plates at the bottom run almost parallel to the ground and are arranged in the way they are (split in the middle, see picture) for the secondary weapon to come into play, a Pussycat-style vertical diamond-edged sawblade, powered by a S28-150 Magmotor at 24 V spinning at 4000 rpm. The blade is part of the lifter and thereby damages the opponent’s underbelly while lifting it. The sawblade slicing its way INTO (more or less) my opponent will enhance my grip on it and increase my control over my opponent, which is good. On both sides of the bot is a 7 mm titanium skirt. Armour – 5 mm titanium at the bottom, 7 mm titanium everywhere else Srimech - The lifter self-rights the robot when needed Strenghts - Nice weapon synergy, high traction, can really control an opponent Weakness – Untested lifter concept, easy to get under from rear, not as agile as 4WD or 2WD bots With Or Without YouPart 1 Name – With you Shape – Invertible box with sloped sides and a front-scoop Weight – 50 Kilogram Speed – 18 mph Dimensions – 60x60x13 cm Ground Clearance – 5 mm under the main body, 0 mm under the scoop Power – 4 x Mag S28-400's at 24v Movement – 4 wheels, sellotaped like Storm 2’s Turning Circle - Zero Weaponry – One damn hard front-scoop Armour – 3mm Hardox top and sides, 4 mm titanium rear and bottom, 5 mm Hardox front-scoop Srimech – It’s invertible Part 2 Name – Without you Shape – Look at the picture. Really a box with everything sloped except for the rear. Weight – 50 Kilogram Speed – 12 mph Dimensions – 60x60x13 cm for the main body, the bar is 105 cm wide Ground Clearance – 0 at the front, 5 mm anywhere else Power – 2 S28-150 Magmotors at 24v Movement – 2 wheels, sellotaped like Storm 2’s, there's a castor in the front for added agility Turning Circle - Zero Weaponry – An angled titanium spinning bar powered by a LEM130, technically gives protection over 360 degrees, but due to the angle the weapon’s about 20 cm off the ground when at the rear, unable to hit really low machines, which means I only have 180 degrees of protection against machines that are 20 cm or lower. The bar roughly has a mass of 15 kg and a width of 105 cm. It spins around at 7500 rpm and delivers blows of roughly 420 kJ. Armour – 4 mm aluminum everywhere except for the bottom, which is made of 4 mm polycarb. There's some weight reducing holes in the bottom to keep the weight down. Srimech – None Ok, here’s the deal – I believe I found a good and creative way to make clusterbots worthwhile. Part 2 is a powerful spinner with a vulnerable spin-up time. Part 1 compensates for this. This brick takes on the opponent buying Part 2 the time to spin-up, and wreck havoc Strengths – Great synergy between bots, a great lightweight rambot and a great lightweight spinner in one heavyweight. Good weapon-power. Great acceleration given both bots are only 50 kg. Weaknesses – New strategy. Part 1 is ineffective when inverted, Part 2 is beaten when inverted. Liar 2Shape – A lot like Wheely Big Cheese, only wider, with a more rounded back, and the wedge has sharp “whiskers”. Weight – 100 Kilogram Speed – 22 mph Dimensions – 90x80x25 cm Ground Clearance – Ranging from 0 mm under the front to 10 mm at the back Power – 2 LEM130’s at 48 V Movement – 2 large axlebot wheels with a part of the drive motors inside them, and strips of rubber over them for more traction. Turning Circle - Zero Weaponry – The wedge contains a 1000 psi rear-hinged flipper (basically the red parts of the picture) powered by 2x 2,5 kg nitrogen-filled canisters and a single ram with a 70 mm bore size and a 60 mm rod diameter. The tip can lift about a ton, and can easily flip a heavyweight out of the ring. I should have roughly 20-25 flips, and can flip both upside-up and upside-down. Liar now has 2 30 cm long Hardox spikes at the sides of its wedge, practically turning it into a twackbot. My LEMs should give me a good acceleration and my 22 mph top speed means the spikes will swing around at 54 mph. I will run some calculations as to what this’ll mean for the energy-output, but at this point I can say this will be between 14,4 and 28,8 kJ Armour – 6 mm Hardox for the wheels, 5 mm for the main body. The flipper ranges from 4 mm Hardox at the back to 7 mm at the front, serving 2 purposes. Centering the weight there will keep my flipper lower to the ground and will also add more weight behind a hit from the spike. Srimech – Invertible Strenghts – Powerful and maneuverable flipper Weakness – Exposed wheels I think, though they’re damn sturdy Under PressureShape – Its basically 2 huge claws with wheels between them. The claws have 2 tips each rather than 1 but this will be explained in the weapons department. Weight – 100 Kilogram Speed – 14 mph Dimensions – 90x150x20 cm Ground Clearance – Zero underneath the lower tips of both claws, quite big otherwise, its essentially an axlebot after all. Power – 2 S28-400 Magmotors at 24 volt. Movement – 2 titanium wheels with strips of rubber glued on them. Turning Circle - Zero Weaponry – A pair of huge claws around a “main body”. The claws contain some of the internals though. They are powered by a Vivoil pump at 3000 PSI powered by a LEM-130 at 36V. The power is transferred through 70 mm (diameter) bore and a 60 mm (diameter) rod. This results in 3.5 tonnes of force at both tips. Now for the actual claws. As the picture tells, each claw has two “tips”; one at the bottom that’s shaped like a wedge and one fine point above that, please notice that when the two “wedges” touch each other due to the claws closing in, some distance between the fine points remains. The deal is that when the claws are activated the opponent is first scooped up by the 2 wedges scraping their way under the main body, thus lifting his wheels off the ground. Next the fine points come in and start piercing their way through the main body. This design cancels out the problem that most horizontal crushers have in that they cant completely dominate an opponent as long as the opponent maintains a level of grip on the surface. Armour – 5 mm titanium for the “main body” (the brown bit between the wheels), 3.5 mm Hardox for everything else (claws, ram, bore, and the bits of metal extended from the claws that go behind the ram to protect it from head-on attacks). Srimech – Invertible, though the weapons isn’t quite as effective when inverted. Strenghts – Powerful horizontal crusher with a twist.

Steven McGregor's statsWedge DevolutionSHAPE- low wedge with sloped rear COLOUR- sleek and shiny silver WEIGHT- about 100kg DIMENSIONS- 90cm X 75cm X 30cm SPEED- 16mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0 GROUND CLEARANCE- 0mm at the front, 7mm for the rest of the robot. Fitted with Biohazard-style skirts on sides and rear, giving 0mm ARMOUR- 4mm Hardox WHEELS- inside robot, 4-wheel drive POWER- 2 X LEM-130s; 2 x 12v 3amp NiCad packs, giving 36v @ 12amp WEAPONS- As usual, the main weapon is a rear-hinged flipper. This is very similar to Chaos 2, except the blade at the bottom is bent ala Bigger Brother, allowing the flipper to have greater effect against bots with skirts or low centres of gravity. The flipper itself is powered by 2 X 80mm high pressure pneumatic rams, each running at 250psi. This should allow Wedge Devo to comfortably flip up to 1 tonne. SRIMECH- The flipper can right the machine easily and the rear wedge should hopefully prevent a Chaos-style "self-flip". Also, Wedge Devo is equipped with a grey semi-sphere on either side of robot to prevent it getting stuck on its side NOTES- flashing red light on top of robot, flies Scotland flag STRENGTHS- powerful flipper, fast, manoeuvrable, difficult to get underneath, tough armour, good traction WEAKNESSES- could prove a bit tricky to control, limited CO2 (like all other flippers ) Killotine: EVOSHAPE- compact box-wedge ala Storm 2, rounded back COLOUR- red WEIGHT- about 100kg DIMENSIONS- 100cm X 70cm X 35cm SPEED- 16mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0m GROUND CLEARANCE- virtually 0mm at the front with spatula, 10mm at sides and back. Skirts at sides and back produce 0mm. ARMOUR- 3.25mm Hardox WHEELS- inside robot, 4WD POWER- 2 X LEM-130s; 2 x 12v 3amp NiCad packs, giving 36v @ 12amp WEAPONS- The main weapon is the large pneumatic axe, composed of 3.5mm hardox. It is very similar to that of Killerhurtz and operates with a rack-and-pinion system like Terrorhurtz. Running on 160psi, the axe runs off an 80mm X 20mm ram and stores its gas in a 2kg main bottle and 1kg buffertank. If anything goes wrong with the axe, Killotine can use its great pushing power to simply ram its opponents to death. SRIMECH- The axe. Even if it’s already been fired while flipped, the axe can right itself ala Killerhurtz. Also, just like the original Killotine, the machine has a rounded back and a red semi-sphere on either side of robot to stop it getting beached. NOTES- flies the Scotland flag, thanks to Tom, Aaron & AJ for helping with the design STRENGTHS- Fast, dangerous weapon, good amount of traction, difficult to get under, quick srimech, nice and fast WEAKNESSES- so-so turning, limited gas supply Spin Dash UnleashedSHAPE- skirted box, with rounded sides and back. COLOUR- dark blue bodywork, with red-and-white striped skirting. WEIGHT- about 100kg DIMENSIONS- 100cm X 75cm X 20cm SPEED- 16mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0mm GROUND CLEARANCE- virtually 0mm all round, 10mm at sides and rear without skirts. ARMOUR- 4mm Hardox MOVEMENT- inner, 6WD POWER- 2 x LEM-130s. These run at 36v and produce approximately 18hp. WEAPONS- A horizontal Pussycat-style saw blade on the front. The blade is mounted on the underbelly ala Code:BLACK and is designed to chew up skirts and wheels. It is powered by an S28-150 Magmotor and runs at 3000rpm. Its 18hp and shape also makes it an excellent battering ram. SRIMECH- invertible. The rounded sides and rear also prevent it getting beached. NOTES- flies Scotland flag. STRENGTHS- excellent traction, fast, tough armour, low weaponry, invertible WEAKNESSES- untested, so-so manoueverability, saw blade less effective upside-down Whirligig 4.5SHAPE- flat disc COLOUR- gold with Mauler-style scary face on top. The face shows the direction of the robot. WEIGHT- about 100kg (see bottom) DIMENSIONS- 101.6cm diameter X 12.7cm SPEED- 15mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0 GROUND CLEARANCE- 8mm ARMOUR- 1.905 cm thick Grade 5 titanium FEET- inside robot, uses 4 DrillZilla-style shuffling plates. These help prevent the bot being flung halfway across the ring on contact with another bot, ala Typhoon POWER- 2 X S28-400s running on 36v. Uses 120 X NiCad cells at 36v, producing 12amps at 36v overall for drive and weapon power WEAPONS- The main weapon on Whirligig is the spinning outer ring, fitted with 9 x Pussycat-style claws. The spinner is powered by an LEM-130 running at 36v. It can reach speeds of 1000rpm and produce up to 100kJ...more than enough to kill another bot at full speed. As well as this, the power in the shuffling feet mean that Whirly can act as a pretty powerful pusher if the shell fails to work SRIMECH- the robot is invertible and the blades prevent Whirly landing on his side NOTES- flies Scotland flag, thanks to AJ, my first 'properly calculated' machine STRENGTHS- fast, manoeuvrable, very deadly weaponry, tough armour, scary face shows its direction, very good traction, can't be flung away on impact as easily as Typhoon WEAKNESSES- so-so manoeuvrability, feet may prove vulnerable to crushers and axes E Clawdius UnumSHAPE- skirted wedge with small box section and rounded back COLOUR- deep green with red shield emblazoned on the wedge, depicting a gold lion with a crown WEIGHT- about 100kg DIMENSIONS- 95cm X 70cm X 40cm SPEED- 14mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0m GROUND CLEARANCE- virtually 0mm at the front, 0mm at sides and rear thanks to skirts (arranged in a Biohazard fashion, corner-to-corner), 10mm without ARMOUR- 4mm Hardox WHEELS- inside robot, 4-wheel drive POWER- 2 X S28-400 MagMotors WEAPONS- The main weapon, as ever, is the hydraulic diamond-tipped crushing claw. It is powered by a Vivoil pump with an 80mm x 40mm ram, with a 2kg tank for storing the hydraulics. The claw runs at 3000psi and, aided by the diamond tip, should be able to leave plenty of holes in another robot. The front wedge also features a Firestorm-style blade and two flat 'spears' to aid in getting under the opposition. The wedge itself is now home to several Mute-style barbs to help ensnare other robots. SRIMECH- A rear-hinged pneumatic arm on either side, powered by a pair of linear actuators. The rounded rear also prevents the robot getting beached. NOTES- flies the Scotland flag, thanks to AJ, "et tu, Brute?" written on the underbelly STRENGTHS- Quite nippy, good traction, powerful weapon, difficult to get underneath, fairly quick srimech WEAKNESSES- so-so manoeuvrability Turbo TailsSHAPE- short box with front wedge, sloped sides & rounded rear COLOUR- yellow with the fox's face looking particularly evil on the front slope WEIGHT- approx 100kg DIMENSIONS- 100cm X 75cm X 25cm SPEED- 16mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0m GROUND CLEARANCE- approx 0mm at front (titanium blade), 8mm everywhere else ARMOUR- 3.5mm monocoque Hardox, with 2mm yellow fur over that. MOVEMENT- 4 inner wheels POWER- 2 x C40-500 MagMotors. Can produce approximately 12hp. WEAPONS- Tails' chief weapon is the horizontal spinning blade. Now mounted on top, it's a bit heavier than before and has Fluffy-style heads instead of the old hammers. It's powered by an LEM-130 running at 36v and has top speeds of around 2500rpm, so it's definately just as deadly as before - if not, more so! The front wedge also hosts a forward-hinged flipping arm, powered by an 80mm x 20mm full-pressure CO2 ram. The arm operates at 750psi, giving it a fair bit of oomph, and stores its gas in a 2kg main bottle. Capable of just over 30 fires per fight. SRIMECH- The flipper. Sloped sides and rounded rear also prevent it getting beached. NOTES- flies the Scotland flag, thanks to AJ STRENGTHS- weapons synergy, touger armour, fast, fairly compact, greater pushing power WEAKNESSES- not quite as manouverable as before, flammability, who'll take it seriously? Traffic WardenSHAPE- rigid "U" shape, rounded rear COLOUR- black with a yellow stripe WEIGHT- 100kg, I hope DIMENSIONS- 95cm X 150cm X 25cm SPEED- 15mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0mm GROUND CLEARANCE- 10mm ARMOUR- 4mm Grade 5 titanium MOVEMENT- four inner wheels POWER- 2 x Etek-RT motors, running at 48v and producing 38hp. WEAPONS- Two vertical hydraulic clamps within the middle of the machine. Each clamp is powered by an 80mm x 40mm ram operating at 3000psi, delivering up to 10 tonnes of crushing power. When an opponent slips into the middle, the clamps activate and hold them in place. Traffic Warden can then drag them around and shove them into the nearest arena hazard. Think of it as Huggy Bear on steroids. SRIMECH- invertible, rounded rear should prevent it getting beached NOTES- flies Scotland flag, super special awesome thanks to Daniel Stickler, Martijn and AJ for helping with the design STRENGTHS- good traction, tough shell, fairly manoueverable, nippy, powerful grip WEAKNESSES- untested weapon, exposed ground clearance Venus Fly TrapSHAPE- wedge with sloped rear COLOUR- green with an ugly great mouth WEIGHT- 100kg, I hope DIMENSIONS- 110cm X 70cm X 30cm SPEED- 12mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0mm GROUND CLEARANCE- 8mm ARMOUR- 4mm Hardox MOVEMENT- four inner wheels POWER- 2 x C40-500 MagMotors. These will run at 36v and produce approximately 12hp. WEAPONS- a large electric lifting plate fitted with barbs ala Mute. The idea is that the plate slides under an opponent and the barbs catch the wheels. The plate then lifts up and clamps the opponent onto the wedge. The plate is powered by an S28-400 MagMotor geared 250:1 for smooth and quick movement. To ensure it won't tip over trying to lift an opponent, Venus is fitted with a pair of long static forks on the front, made from 4mm Hardox. SRIMECH- a separate electric arm on the wedge. Powered by a separate S28-400 MagMotor geared 250:1 for quick and easy self-righting. NOTES- flies Scotland flag, thanks to Martijn and AJ for helping with the design STRENGTHS- good traction, tough shell, fairly manoueverable, unique weapon WEAKNESSES- untested weapon, exposed ground clearance, potentially vulnerable spikes

Daniel Stickler's statsSupremeDimensions (LxWxH): 80cm x 80cm x 35cm without skirts and whatnot. 110cm x 120cm x 35cm with the skirts, with the axe increasing the height of the robot to 65cm. (Confused yet? ;D) Shape: A box wedge with angled sides and a cylindrical back (cylindrical like Sir Chromealot, not like Barberous). Colour: The entire robot is painted a really dark shade of red, with silver trims on each side. The Titanium extenders and the axe are left silver. The disc is also left silver, but the teeth are painted the dark red colour. Weight: ~100kg, give or take a few nuts or bolts. Drive: 2 x S28-400 MagMotors, running at 24v, powered by 4 x 24v NiCad batteries. Top Speed: Roughly 15mph. Wheels: The robot has 2 custom made rubber wheels with HDPE hubs, with golf studs embedded in them for extra grip. The wheels look more like rollers than anything, being 12cm high, but 20cm wide, allowing us to have extra grip on the arena floor. Armour: The robot’s main armouring is the 6mm Titanium front and sides. The top of the robot is 8mm Polycarb and the baseplate is 4mm Titanium/Vanadium alloy. The rear of the robot is protected by the kinetic disc (see Weapons for more information). The front and sides also have Titanium extender plates, giving the robot virtually 0mm ground clearance. The side panels each have 5cm long Titanium edges, each being 4mm thick. The front has a longer 8cm piece of Titanium, with this being 7mm thick. Weapon 1: Supreme’s main weapon is a large 70cm long axe. The axe head is made from Aluminium alloy, with the axe pole being made from 3.2mm Hardox for extra strength. The axe is powered by a kinetic energy transfer from the second weapon. The axe head is a pure 7kg block of Aluminium alloy, but has side spikes to help it self right. Weapon 2: At the back of the robot is a large 1m diameter spinning ring, made from 4mm Hardox. 75% of the spinning ring is hidden by the armouring of the robot, but the remaining 25% has been left exposed in order to act as a type of defence for Supreme, especially as the axe is a uni-directional offense weapon. The spinning ring houses all the motors, electronics and batteries, and weighs just over 30kg. The disc has 4 large 1cm thick Hardox teeth, each being 3 inches in length and 4 inches wide. The spinning ring is powered by a LEM130 Lynch Motor running at 36v, geared down 4:1. The motor can spin the ring at a top speed of 1000RPM. According to the Team Cosmos KE calculator, the weapon should hit with 37kJ of power. When transferred into the axe, it should have enough power to pierce Hardox with ease. Turning Circle: 0m Ground Clearance: 0mm at front and sides and 15mm at back. Srimech: Using the axe. Noo MonsoonDimensions (LxWxH): 85cm x 45cm x 25cm Shape: Invertible box (similar to Tornado) with a rounded back and slightly pointed sides (like a < > but not as “sharp”). Colour: Gold with black trim. Weight: 100kg Drive: 2 x LEM200 running at 60v, powered by a bunch of NiCad batteries. Top Speed: Roughly 17mph. Wheels: The robot has 6 x 26cm diameter go-kart wheels, 3 on each side, with each side linked together with a high quality rubber belt, so the robot can turn on the spot. The wheels hubs are made from HDPE. Armour: The whole robot is covered in 15mm HDPE. Weapon: At the front of the robot are 3 horizontal rows of 3cm long Hardox spikes. Each row has 8 spikes on it, meaning at the front there are 24 spikes. The robot is mainly a pusher, but hopefully the spikes can cause a bit of damage to its opponents. The LEM200s give Noo Monsoon roughly 100HP!! Turning Circle: 0m Ground Clearance: 1cm all over. Srimech: Invertible. Dervish: Generation XDimensions (LxWxH) 50cm x 130cm x 50cm Shape: An axlebot, with the main body being a huge 45kg rectangular piece of Hardox. Colour: The wheels are silver, the spinning weapon is blue, the wheels are black. Weight: 100kg Drive: 2 x LEM130 Lynch Motors running at 24v, geared down 1.5:1, powered by some 24v NiCad batteries. Top Speed: 15mph, allowing us to control the robot a bit more than if the motors were not geared down. Wheels: DGX has 2 custom made wheels from 5mm Titanium/Vanadium alloy, and are covered in Vulcalon in order to gain grip on the arena floor. The wheels are 50cm high and 15cm wide, and house all the electronics and motors for DGX. Everything in the wheels are shock proofed against any strong impacts the wheels may face. Armour: The robot does not have that much armour, except for the wheels, which are 5mm Titanium/Vanadium alloy and the Hardox spinning block which protects the middle of the robot from being grabs or pushed in any way. Weapon: The main weapon of DGX is the huge 100cm long “egg beater” weapon – basically a huge spinning body. The weapon has been adapted from Humdinger’s (see link at end of stats for a video) to be used as a full body beater. The egg beater is a hollow rectangle in shape: 100cm wide and 37cm high. The middle of the weapon has been cut out, leaving a 2cm Hardox hollow rectangle as the weapon. In order to add extra weight to the weaponry, 3 of these hollow rectangles have been put together in order to create a weapon that is 25.5kg in weight. The beater is powered by a Huqsvarna 3120XP chainsaw motor geared down 24:1, giving a top speed of 1000RPM. Not sure on the kJ output of this because it cant be done on Team Cosmos’ site, but nevertheless it should knock some robots around the place. Turning Circle: 0m Ground Clearance: 7.5cm in the middle of the robot, but you gotta avoid that spinning beater first! Srimech: Invertible. Pure Evil – Back To BasicsDimensions (LxWxH): 120cm x 35cm x 50cm Shape: Wedge with shallow sloped sides and a steep sloped rear. Colour: Dark blue all over, even the flipper. Weight: 110kg with the weight advantage for having tracks. Drive: 2 x LEM130s running at 36v, powered by NiCad batteries. Top Speed: Roughly 18mph. Wheels: None – it has tracks! . The tracks are made from Titanium/Vanadium alloy, and have small rubber pads on each section to aid in gaining traction on the arena floor. Armour: 4mm Hardox all over, with the flipper being slightly stronger at 5mm Hardox. The bottom of the flipper has a 4mm Titanium strip to aid in getting underneath opponents. Weapon: Pure Evil – Back To Basics does exactly what it says; it’s gone back to doing what it does best – flip! The robot has a single ram rear-hinged flipper powered by a 80mm pneumatic ram working at 1000psi. The pneumatic system in PE:B2B is Nitrogen, giving the flipper a bit more power than usual. The robot has 2kg of Nitrogen on board, and should flip 2500kg with every flip. Turning Circle: 0m. Ground Clearance: 0mm at front, 7mm on sides and back. Srimech: Flipper self rights the robot in superb style! DreamCatcherDimensions (LxWxH): 100cm x 100cm x 20cm Shape: Very low dome. Colour: Black with a purple pentagram painted on the top of the robot. Weight: 100kg. Drive: 2 x LEM130s running at 24v, powered by some 24v NiCad batteries. Top Speed: ~18mph. Wheels: 2 x 15cm diameter wheels made from Aluminium alloy, coated in Vulcalon for extra grip. Armour: The entire dome is made from 4mm Hardox, with the blade made from 1cm Hardox. The baseplate is 5mm Polycarb. Weapon: The robot is the weapon, in the form of a full body spinner. The shell is powered by a 3120XP Husqvarna chainsaw motor geared down 10:1. The shell can spin at a maximum speed of 2400RPM. On the shell is a large piece of 1cm thick Hardox, which goes from one side of the robot, along the top of the shell and down the other side of the robot, effectively making two blades from a single piece of Hardox. This piece is secured tightly onto the shell and will spin with the shell. The blade is 15cm wide and 1cm thick, and according to MatWeb weighs just under 12kg. This, when added to the weight of the shell, brings the total spinning mass to 42kg (again, according to MatWeb). Turning Circle: 0m. Ground Clearance: 4mm all around. Srimech: None. Weapon Synergy Unleashed (clusterbot)Dimensions (LxWxH): The main body is 60cm x 40cm x 20cm, with the different weaponry adjusting the dimensions of each part accordingly. Shape: Each part is an invertible box with a front horizontal C section cut out of it for the interchangeable weapon modules. On the sides the robot has a rounded bump near the back to stop it falling on its side. Colour: To help determine which cluster is which, the robots are given extremely different colours. Part One is white, Part Two is red and Part Three is light blue. Weight: Maximum 99kg with heaviest weapon module on board (each part is 33kg). Drive: Each part is powered by 2 x S28-150 Mags running at 24v, powered by 24v NiCads. The motors give 6HP of push for each cluster. Top Speed: Around 12mph, possibly 15mph with lightest weapon module on. Wheels: Each part has 2 x 22cm diameter wheels made from HDPE and given a thin rubber tyre. Armour: 3mm Titanium all over each part. Weaponry: The cluster has 5 different weapon modules depending on its opponent or opponents. Each weapon module has been designed to easily secure onto the front of the cluster, meaning that the change between each weapon is minimal. For tournaments without interchangeable limitations, each cluster will have one of each weapon module, meaning that if needs be we can have 3 flipping clusters. Turning Circle: 0m. Ground Clearance: With the flipper and scoop the ground clearance at the front is 0mm, with the rest being 1cm all over. All other weapon modules have 1cm ground clearance all over. Srimech: Depending on the weapon module. * Weapon 1: Flipper: Attached to the front of each cluster is a flipping arm with a large flipping plate mounted on the bottom. To help keep the weight down, the arm is made from a tube of 4mm Titanium, allowing it to have strength but to be lightweight. The flipping plate is 3mm Titanium and runs parallel to the ground to get under all ground clearances. The weapon is powered by lightweight pneumatics running at 750psi, and on board is a 1.1kg bottle of CO2. The flipper can self right the robot, as well as it being able to run inverted. * Weapon 2: Jaws: On the front of the robot is a set of pneumatic grabbing claws made from 5mm Titanium, with weight reducing holes in them These are powered by the same pneumatic system as the flipper, and can be used to grab robots and dump them into the pit. These can run inverted. * Weapon 3: Axe: The robot has a large axe made from Grade 5 Titanium. Once again it is powered by the same pneumatic system. The axe head is made from a 1kg block of Aluminium alloy and has lots of small, jagged spikes on them (similar to a meat tenderizer). The axe head also has small side spikes to help self righting. * Weapon 4: Spike: The robot has a large Titanium spike which is fired out of the robot using the pneumatic system. This runs inverted. * Weapon 5: Scoop: The front of the robot is made into a thick Aluminium scoop, allowing it to be an effective spinner killer. To get the weight for the weapon, the entire pneumatic system is removed from the robot. The scoop can be used when the cluster is inverted. FlingDimensions (LxWxH): 100cm x 80cm x 40cm Shape: Shallow wedge with angled sides and a < shaped rear to stop it getting stranded, as well as keeping the wheels on the ground if going up a wedged robot or a ramp. On the bottom of the wedge is a wedge extender, making the ground clearance 0mm. Colour: Half black and half white, with white decoration on the black side and black decoration on the white side. Celtic bands painted throughout the robot. Weight: 100kg. Drive: 2 Sinclair C5 Motors running at 24v, powered by Nicad Batteries. Batteries: 3x 3000mAh Nicads at 24v, giving 9Ah. These power both the drive and the winch needed for the weapon. Top Speed: Roughly 15 to 20mph. Wheels: 2 x 20cm diameter go-kart wheels filled with expanding foam instead of air. These are positioned at the back of the machine. Armour: 4mm Hardox for the wedge extender, 8mm Titanium on the sides and 6mm Titanium everywhere else. Weaponry: A “leaf spring” flipper mounted on the front of the machine. The concept is similar to Team Whyachi’s Red Square, but with the flipper on an angle to toss robots lengthways AND upwards. Can you say OOTA? ;D. The flipper plate itself is made from a tempered piece of 1" thick Titanium/Vanadium alloy, designed to spring back to a curved shape once it has been flattened. One section is fastened securely to the top of the wedge, with the tempered edge winched down so it lies flush with the rest of the wedge. When a robot is on the front wedge, the free end is released and the opponent is sent not only upwards, but also away from the machine. The flipping plate is winched down by an S28-150 Magmotor running at 24v, geared down 400:1. Turning circle: 0m. Ground Clearance: 0mm at front, 2cm at the back, varying between both on the sides. Srimech: Flipper. LowDownDimensions (L x W x H): The main body is 70cm x 40cm x 8cm Shape: Invertible box with an angled < shaped back end and large bolts on the side to stop stranding. Colour: The main shell is red, with the edges painted white. Lifting forks are red with white dots spray painted randomly over them. Weight: Around 100kg, maybe a couple of kgs lighter. Drive: 2 x S28-400 Magmotors running at 24v, powered by NiCads. Top Speed: About 12mph. Wheels: 6 x 10cm diameter wheels made from Titanium/Vanadium alloy and coated with Vulcalore. The robot has 3 wheels on each side, with the power going directly to the middle wheels. Each set of wheels is linked with a heavy duty rubber belt. Armour: 4mm Hardox all over the machine bolted directly to the chassis (which is made from mild steel tubing) with thick Hardox bolts. Weaponry: A pair of electronic lifting forks powered by 2 x S28-400 Magmotors running at 36v. The Mags are on a 75:1 reduction and can be used even when flipped. The Mags are powered by some 36v NiCad batteries. The forks are made from 6cm Hardox, are 20cm long and are cone-shaped, with the point facing the front. Turning Circle: 0m Ground Clearance: 1cm all over. Srimech: Invertible.

Alex MacWilliams' statsSnijderRobot Concept - OBVIOUSLY NOT YACTAR UMMMMMM Mass - 100 kg Weapons - A gigantic spinning disc between two wheel pods. It runs on dual etek motors both going off of 48v. This means it comes off of a top RPM of 3456 but over (probably, I'm really not sure on this lol) 30 HP. This will surely rip something up. Can it self-right - Invertible Velocity - 12 mph Turning Circle – 0 Ground clearance - 0mm under the hinged wedges, a huge amount under the disc =D Skirts - Around each wheel pod. Wheel Type – 2, 7" wheels. The wheels are coated in rubber and a sticky substance that will give it extra traction and stop it from spinning away after a hit. Body Shape - NOT YACTAR NOPE I DON'T COPY AJ'S DESIGNS Armour - The disc itself is about 1.5 inches thick and 800mm in diameter, but with lotsa holes (see picture) to aid weight and spin up time. Hinged wedges and the rest of the body are around 3-4mm titanium. The entire thing is aided by an external tubing that is 3mm in diameter. Colour - Green Summary - An original concept. Strengths - A huge disc. Weaknesses - When the disc doesn't move. img204.imageshack.us/img204/9764/snijderzh9.pngReturn of FeedbackRobot Concept - Fast brick Mass - 100 kg Weapons - This robot has no active weapons. However, it has to set-ups for the front to deal with two different types of robot. The first is one large hinged wedge, pointed for better wedge-effectiveness. The second is a giant ram designed to just crash into spinners as fast as possible, while taking very little damage due to the thickness of the plow. Can it self-right - No, but invertible Velocity - 18 mph Turning Circle – 0mm Ground clearance - 0mm at the front when the hinged wedge set-up is used. 0.5mm at the front when the ram plate is used. 2cm at the sides and back. Wheel Type – 5.5 inch wheels Motors – Four Dustins Body Shape - Brick shape. Armour - 1 cm thick hardox ramplate, the wedge is 5mm titanium, the rest of the body is 4mm hardox supported by 1.5mm diameter tubing Colour - Red Summary - Relentless Brick Strengths - Great armor, nice speed, invertible. Weaknesses - No weaponry. img172.imageshack.us/img172/3402/returnoffeedbackhy7.pngEurypterus Evolved Robot Concept - Nice pointed wedge Tank-like robot. Mass - 100 kg Weapons - This robot has no active weapons. However, it has to set-ups for the front to deal with two different types of robot. The first is one large hinged wedge, pointed for better wedge-effectiveness. The second is a giant, concave plow designed as such so that a spinner would have to go across the entire surface and thus slow down rather than making one point of contact on a normal plow. Can it self-right - No, but invertible Velocity - 20 mph Turning Circle – 0mm Ground clearance - 0mm on all sides due to hinged wedges. Skirts - All around Wheel Type – 6.5 inch wheels Motors – Four Dustins, all set to 34v with a ratio of 50.4 : 1 giving it very nice high torque. Body Shape - Brick shape. Armour - 8mm Hardox for the plow, 4.5mm titanium for the wedges, 6mm titanium for the main body, 6mm titanium for the wheel guards. Colour - Blue Summary - Pushes all day long, without stopping. Winner of the ARC Redemption SHW Division, but scaled down here for Heavyweight. Strengths - Extremely low to the ground front, nice armor, and nice torque. Weaknesses - No weaponry. img204.imageshack.us/img204/1792/eurypterusevolvedrn8.pngFlank Attack 2: Divisionary TacticsRobot Concept - Horizonal Crusher, ala Tough as Nails Mass - 100 kg Weapons - Horizontal Crushers, with nearly 3 tons of crushing power on each of the pincers. A single hydraulic ram pushes the two claws, both of which are hinged on a single point to create a pressure as the jaws close. (Contrary to popular belief, hydraulics do not close that slowly so I feel I'll be alright here. It's only in comparison to pnuematics that one would feel that hydraulics are slow.) Can it self-right? - No, but invertible. Maximum Velocity - 21 mph, using 2x B42-500's at 48 volts. Turning Circle – 0 Ground clearance - 0mm for the plow, 5cm underneath the largest part of the body. Skirts - None. Wheel Type – 2, 8" wheels. The wheels are coated in rubber and a sticky substance that will give it extra traction. They are made of 6mm Titanium for strength. Body Shape - Tough As Nails Armour - 1.2cm Titanium for the main body, 1.5cm Titanium for the claws. The claws themselves are covered with a 1mm thick transparent rubber to help absorb hits and slow down spinners. 6mm hardox plow. The wheel guards are 4mm hardox. Colour - Black. Summary - There is no escape. Strengths - Excellent torque, traction, speed, armor, and weapon, as well as invertible. Weaknesses - The claws could be considered slow, and an axe could target the wheels. Picture: img149.imageshack.us/my.php?image=flankattackdtep2.pngCosmic Thunder 2Robot Concept - Low wedge leading up to a flipper Mass - 100 kg Weapons - A rear-hinged full-pressure flipper, with 2 2kg CO2 tanks Can it self-right - Yes Velocity - 16 mph Turning Circle – 0 Ground clearance - 0mm at the front due to a thin spring-loaded black wedge and two wheel drive. Hinged wedges at the sides and back are 1mm from the ground for mobility. the chassis itself sits at 2cm from the ground at the highest spot. Skirts - Side and back skirts Wheel Type – 6 inch wheels Motors – Two S28-400 mags on 24V Body Shape - Reshaped like Voltronic Armour - 6 mm Titanium skirts, 4 mm see-through Hardox (lol, but I can't be arsed to change the CAD, so if there's no such thing as see-through Hardox then you can bugger off =P) on the front. Colour - Spacey Summary - We'll flip you then some? Strengths - It's extremely low to the ground coupled with a flipper. Also can run upside down if the flipper cops out. Weaknesses - It's armor isn't all that good. img380.imageshack.us/img380/4296/cosmicthunder2open4bn.jpgimg380.imageshack.us/img380/7138/cosmicthunder2open23ri.jpgCacodemonRobot Concept - Wedge with some nice claws to keep you there Mass - 100 kg Weapons - Wedgerific Can it self-right - No, but invertible Velocity - 20 mph Turning Circle – 0 Ground clearance - absolute 0 at the front, 1mm at sides and back Skirts - All around Wheel Type – 5 inch wheels Motors – Four Dustins Body Shape - Like Biohazard kinda Armour - 8mm titanium wedges, 6mm titanium body Colour - Red Summary - Pushers = coolio Strengths - Extremely low to the ground, very fast. Somewhat nice armor too. Weaknesses - If it gets flipped, it's not as effective. Picture: img318.imageshack.us/img318/5628/cacodemon3py.jpgMalariaWeight - 100kg Wheels - Six - 3'' Hardox wheels with tracked, rubber coating. Drive - 4 - 4'' Magmotors with a 3:1 gear ratio Weapons - 2 Diamond tipped hammers; both of them powered by 2 Nitrogen bottles at 1000psi. Also a front small scoop, that is able to lift, although extremely weak. Ground Clearence - 0mm all around due to weighted wedges put at an approximated 30 degree angle. A small scoop at the front is also 0mm. Underneath the wedges is a 7mm ground clearence. Turning Circle - 0mm Self-Righting - Not invertible but can self-right using the axes. Speed - 22mph Armor - 7mm thick titanium wedges, 5 mm thick titanium body. Strengths - Fast, manuverable, nice armoring, low to the ground, dangerous weapon and self-rightable. Weaness - If you get under it, it's screwed. Pictures - img8.imageshack.us/img8/3270/malaria1ni.jpgimg8.imageshack.us/img8/5929/malaria28wv.jpgThe WindmillRobot Concept - A circular robot with a spinning blade. Mass - 100 kg Weapons - A potent blade running at 3000 rpm, powered by 6" Magmotor. Can it self-right - No, but it is invertible. Velocity - 18 mph Turning Circle – 0 Ground clearance - 1cm underneath the front, 5mm underneath the back 0.1mm underneath the skirts. Skirts - Skirts around each wheel pod. Wheel Type – 5 inch wheels Motors – Four 4" Dustins, geared for speed. Body Shape - Like Nothing You've Seen Before Armour - 6 mm Titanium skirts, 7mm Titanium armour all around, with 4mm aluminum frame. Colour - Orange, the color of the best country in the world! =) Summary - This'll be cutting through more than wind... Strengths - It's pretty damn fast with an awesome blade, along with invertibility. Plus it has some good wedge protection. Weaknesses - If you can stop that spinner, and am faster than me, I might have a loss there. img204.imageshack.us/img204/6104/windmillbq2.png

Armour: 3.2mm Hardox Ground Clearence: Completely 0mm on the front, rising to 6mm on the back, and 3mm on sides. Turning Circle: *Sigh of Frustration*… Zero. Weapon: At the front there is a Rear-Hinged Flipper powered by 2 X 80mm High Pressure Rams. It’s capable of 32~38 flips or so before it starts weakening. At the back, there is a X-Terminator-style disc (only this time, it's vertical) that weighs 9kg, powered by an S28-400. This has 3 curved and serrated teeth to rip, flip and toss and spins at 5000RPM. Heavily Shock-Proofed, as well. Srimech: Flipper, and side spikes prevent it from getting beached. Strengths: Deadly Disc, Powerful Flipper, Near Impossible to get under from the front, Immense Pushing Power. Weaknesses: Limited CO2. Walk Don’t Run 3‘n a halfWeight: 110kg. Body Shape: Disc. Martyn Forsyth's stats
*69
SHAPE- It’s a shaped like a five point star but the points are mounted round a inner circle so the points of the star spin round COLOR- yellow WEIGHT- 100kg SPEED- 19mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0mm GROUND CLEARANCE- about 10mm but is lower under the bottom teeth where it is about 3-4mm ARMOUR- 4mm hardox MOVEMENT- it uses 6 inner storm 2 style wheels DRIVE- it uses 2 x lem 130’s BATTERIES- 4 x 30 cell 36volt 3ah Sanyo NiCad packs WEAPONS- as I said it has an outer spinning ring so is a fbs the ring is powered by a LEM 200 motor at 60volts, the points on the star each have sharpened teeth on them and it spins in a clockwise direction, each point has 3 teeth on it, one on the bottom for tearing at skirts in wheels, one in the middle for body work and that, and one at the top for aerials and tall robots and also used for bottom teeth when flipped SRIMECH- Invertible, points and blades stop it from sticking on side NOTES- Still the only star shaped robot, the weapon is significantly more powerful than before. STRENGTHS- Powerful weapon and drive WEAKNESSES- nights with no stars
Panicking Still
SHAPE- Low invertible box COLOUR- Yellow except for the lifting forks which are black WEIGHT- 98kg DIMENSIONS- 65cm x 60cm x 15cm (Length x Width x Height) SPEED- 20mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0 mm GROUND CLEARANCE- 0 mm at front due to forks, 0 mm at sides and rear due to skirts 6 mm with out, the skirts are hinged so flop over when the robot is flipped. These can be removed before the fight if I wish them to be. ARMOUR- 5 mm Hardox MOVEMENT- 6 Vulcalon wheels to give extra pushing power POWER- 4x S28-400 @ 24volts WEAPONS- on the front the robot has a pair of invertible lifting forks, the forks are like those on panic attack, the forks are powered by 2 linear actuators SRIMECH- The robot is invertiable so doesn’t require one. The robot can’t rest on its sides, rear or front. Due to the skirts and that the sides are slightly angled. It can’t rest on its front due to the forks. STRENGTHS- Low to the ground, reliable weapon WEAKNESSES- Kind of old design I suppose.
Catus Catus 8.1
SHAPE- It’s shaped like a cat about to pounce (I have a picture of what I mean if u need it) COLOUR- black and white WEIGHT- 150kg (it’s a shuffle bot) DIMENSIONS- 90cm X 78cm X 35cm SPEED- 18mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0mm GROUND CLEARANCE- 0mm at the front due to jaws, 0mm at rear due to tail and it now has 0mm side ground clearance due to new side skirts ARMOUR- it has 4mm hardox MOVEMENT- moves on 8 inner camshafts (like drillzilla) POWER – 2 S28-400’s on 24volts WEAPONS- It has a front pair of growler style crushers shaped like a cats head powered by a 80mm bore ram with 3000psi hydraulics, the rear weapon is a flipping tail powered by 80mm Bore ram on 1000psi pneumatics. NOTES- has curved sides to stop landing on side STRENGTHS- great weapons, self rights with ease WEAKNESSES- Limited co2
Disco 5
Shape: Low Wedge with small rear wedge Motivation: it now uses four storm 2 style Vulcalon wheels Speed: 12.5 Mph Weight: 100kg Height: 300mm to top of body, 600mm to the top of the disc Length: 1300mm Width: 600mm Weapon: 500mm Vert. flywheel @ 3000rpm. Has a 4.00 second spin up time due to the C40-500 Magmotor on 36v with a 2:1 twin tension cog belt reduction. The flywheel produces 31.5Kj’s at maximum RPM but is lethal at around 1 second. The second weapon is also the srimech, this weapon is a low pressure pneumatic flipper running on 10Bar (145psi) running into a single 80mm bore ram. This produces 509kg at the ram and is then transferred into the flipper with a leverage point ratio of 1:1. This is a forward facing flipper like FireStorm and will have no problem toppling the heaviest of robots. Chassis: 4mm Grade 5 Titanium monocoque with extra 5mm Titanium ribs to give it more rigidity. Drive: 2 x S28-400 Magmotors @ 36v with a 10:1 Mod 2 spur gear reduction Batteries: 90 x 3000mAh NiCD cells producing 36v @ 9amp Color- the robot and skirts and flipper are blue and the disc is yellow Clearance- it has 0mm at the front due to the wedge it has 0mm at the sides due to skirts its 6mm with out it also has a 0mm at the rear due to the small wedge which is there to replace the problem of the skirt being flipped into the disc. The skirts are NOT hinged and held down by torsion-springs so they shouldn’t spring up and the rear one shouldn’t go up into the disc Notes- The flywheel is at the back off the robot it goes over the back of the wedge so if I can get a robot up the wedge far enough it will be hit by the disc. The shape of the robot stops it from landing on its side.
The Deer
SHAPE- Invertible box COLOR- the robot and claws are a dark green color WEIGHT- 100kg DIMENSIONS- 1m x 80cm x 25cm (l,w,h) SPEED- 15mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0mm GROUND CLEARANCE- It has 6mm at the front due to the claws and has 0mm at the sides and rear due to the skirts, without skirts 6mm. The skirts also work both ways up. ARMOUR- 3.6mm hardox MOVEMENT- 4 inner wheels that make the robot invertible POWER- 2 x S28 Magmotors on 24v. WEAPONS- it has a front pair of horizontal hydraulic crushing claws set up like deers antlers (shaped like those you find in extreme destruction.) The claws have 3.5 tones of crushing force on the front tips of the claws at the middle is 6tones and right at the back it has 8 tones of crush. The claws are powered by hydraulics through a 120mm bore rams at 3000psi NOTES- invertible, wide base means the deer wont topple while crushing STRENGTHS- Very powerful weapon WEAKNESSES- it could be turned into venison
Forklift 2
SHAPE- Low box with rear anti self flipping wedge COLOUR- Yellowy orange WEIGHT- 100kg SPEED- 18mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0m GROUND CLEARANCE- 0mm at front due to flipper, 0mm at sides due to skirts 7mm with out, 0mm at rear due to wedge. The skirts are held down by torsion springs ARMOUR- 5mm hardox WHEELS- has 6 inner storm 2 style wheels POWER- 2 x S28 Magmotors on 24v. WEAPONS- it now uses a flipping arm that works much like the matadors or Toro’s the flipper is powered by co2 on a 120mm pneumatic ram, working at 500psi, the flipper front is pretty unique as its front is like that of a fork lift (it has 2 flat bits of metal) this is welded onto the flipper, the arm can toss robots very high and if possible out of the arena. The prongs of the forklift weapon are used to get under the corners or gaps of skirts SRIMECH- the flipper self rights the robot but because of the rear wedge thing it self rights like firestorm does i.e. the front wheels will go down first NOTES- this is a modified version of my robot from the panic attack forum. STRENGTHS- Power full weapon WEAKNESSES- limited co2
Naughty Girl
SHAPE- low box with front scoop built into the shape COLOUR- purple for the main robot but the axe is black. WEIGHT- 102kg SPEED- 17mph TURNING CIRCLE- 0mm GROUND CLEARANCE- 0mm at the front due to the scoop shape, 12mm round the sides and rears without skirts, 0mm with them. ARMOUR- 3.5mm Hardox TRACKS- the robot runs on tracks much like suicidal tendencies, however unlike suicidal tendencies the tracks aren’t exposed and the robot is not invertible POWER- 2 x S28 Magmotors on 24v. WEAPONS- The robot uses an axe much like you would find on Kat 3, and it operates on a rack and pinion system like terrorhurtz. The axe runs at 250psi off of co2, for which it has a 2kg co2 bottle. The axe head can be replaced for a flipper plate, should the opponent be easy to flip, however the axe will be used in most cases. SRIMECH- The axe/flipper can easily selfright the robot, this is aided by a curved rear. The sides are slightly curved also to stop the robot resting there. NOTES- inspiration helped here STRENGTHS- Damaging weapon WEAKNESSES- people not liking tracked robots
You’re Dreaming
Shape: circle shaped (like gyrobot) Color: Black Motivation: Wheels Speed: 15MPH Weight: 98.1kg Height: 140mm Length: 700mm Width: 700mm Weapon: The weapon is a 1300mm 20.4kg Hardox spinning bar @ 2500RPM. The spinning bar is powered by two Lemco 170 on 48v with 1.5:1 gearing. The weapon is spun up to full speed in 4.32secs, but will be savage by 1second. The spinning bar produces a whooping 110kj¡¦s at the full RPM and has teeth under the blade that sit 50mm from the floor to get those nasty thin dietary bots. The whole weapon is mounted on a 75mm silver steel shaft and uses oilite bearings which are mounted in 20mm titanium mounts which are then welded to the titanium monocoque body. The spinning weapon will self-right the robot if it manages to flip itself via a reverse mauler dance preformed numerous times by Tornado-Mer and Killer Byte. Drive: The drive is a 4WD system powered by 4 x Astro Flight Cobalt 90¡¦s, each producing 1HP on 24v. The drive isn¡¦t designed for hard pushing, but because of the power in the weapon and the supports on the weapon, the drive shouldn¡¦t have to do any pushing, just a lot of running and chasing. Batteries: 6 x 24v 3600mAh NiCD Battle packs producing 48v at 9amp. Armour: 5mm Grade 5 Titanium monocoque with inner 20mm bulkheads Notes: Hell of a dangerous spinning weapon, because the body of the robot is round, it¡¦s hard for anyone to push the robot around as they will just slides around it. Weakness- Loopholes Strengths- I didn’t design it

Andrew Jackson's stats
Son of Ripper X
Shape: Low vertical cylinder with a front wedge, like Warrior SKF. Length: 800mm Width: 600mm Height: 125mm Weight: 100kg Drive: 2x S28-400 Magmotors run at 24v from 3600mAh NiCad battery packs, which gives about 9hp in the drive. This runs two Aluminium wheels with a Vulkolan tread for grip. Turning Circle: 0mm using a two-wheel drive tank steer system. Speed: 16mph Ground Clearance: 0mm at front wedge, 7mm elsewhere. Armour: 6mm Hardox on the front wedge, 4mm Hardox on the top and bottom, 8mm Hardox for the spinning rim. Weapon: The main weapon is a Gyrobot style spinning rim run by an S28-400 Magmotor at 24v providing speeds of 2500rpm. It can reach this speed in around 3 seconds. It has three Hardox teeth to slice into other robots with. The secondary weapon is kinetic flipper within the front wedge. The spinning rim can transfer its energy via a clutch and fire the flipper, which is capable of throwing robots several feet in the air. Self-righting mechanism: SOR X is invertible, and the rim can work both ways up. Notes: SOR X has an unlimited amount of flips.
PsycloniZer
Shape: Cylindrical with an outer ring like Gyrobot, with three hammers protruding from the ring. Diameter: 700mm (900mm with hammers) Height: 175mm Weight: 100kgs Drive: 2x S28-400 Magmotors run at 24v from 3600mAh NiCad battery packs, which gives about 9hp in the drive. This runs four Aluminium wheels with a Vulkolan tread for grip. Turning Circle: 0mm using a four-wheel drive skid steer system. Speed: 15mph Ground Clearance: 10mm all the way round. Armour: 8mm thick Hardox for the rim and 3.25mm Hardox for the top and bottom armour. The hammers are also constructed out of Hardox. Weapon: A ~35kg spinning ring, like that on Gyrobot with three hammers extending horizontally outwards, supported to each other with a framework. The ring is powered by an LEM200 motor run at 48v and spins at 2500rpm. The ring should be capable of getting up to full speed in less than 3 seconds. This slams huge 80mm3 sharpened lumps of Hardox into the opponents at a force of around 108kJ. Self-righting mechanism: Psycloniser is invertible. Notes: The framework supporting the hammers can also work as an anti-axe or crusher device. Internal components are shock mounted using urethane rubber to protect against its own hits.
Ge5orce
Weight: 100kgs Shape: A long but low to the ground wedge shape, with a wheel pod either side at the rear end. The rear of the wedge is rounded slightly to prevent Ge5orce resting on its back. Colour: Black wedge with silver wheel housing. Length: 900mm Width: 700mm Height: 250mm Motivation: There are two wheels, one either side of the wedge. They are made of Hardox and are 280mm in diameter. Each wheel has a Vulkolan tyre bonded to it for extra grip on the arena floor. Drive: 2x S28-400 Magmotors run at 24v from 3600mAh NiCad battery packs. This gives around 9hp in the drive to push other robots around with if required. Turning Circle: 0m using a tank style steer. Speed: 16mph Ground Clearance: The front of the wedge is 0mm, while the sides are variable up to 15mm at the rear of the robot. Armour: The whole of the wedge is 3.25mm thick Hardox. The wheel pods are made of 6mm Titanium. Weapon: The whole wedge shape is used as a weapon in the same style as Wheely Big Cheese. This means that the wedge is hinged at the rear and the whole plate is used as a flip up. It is operated by a huge 100mm bore 180 stroke ram. This is fed by liquid CO2 at a pressure of 300psi producing approximately 1600kgs of force. The gas is contained in two 2.2kg canisters allowing for over 20 full power flips each fight. SRIMECH: The robot can run both ways up and the weaponry can also flip it back over if needed. Notes: GeForce has evolved into a launch pad…
Axeon 3.0
Shape: Box with four flopping sides, or a truncated pyramid. Length: 750mm Width: 750mm Height: 150mm (200mm with axe housing) Weight: 100kg Drive: 2x S28-400 Magmotors run at 24v from 3600mAh NiCad battery packs, which gives about 9hp in the drive. This runs four Aluminium wheels with a Vulkolan tread for grip. Turning Circle: 0mm using a four-wheel drive skid steer system. Speed: 18mph Ground Clearance: 0mm at the front and 6mm at the sides and back. Skirting: There is a front FireStorm style extension plate to keep the front wedge close to the ground. Armour: 6mm Titanium monocoque with a layer of 4mm HDPE on top. The axe housing is made up of 4mm Hardox. Weapon: A 750mm long Hardox axe with a double-headed Terrorhurtz style blade. This is operated using a rack and pinion system driven by a 250mm stroke 100mm bore ram. The ram is pumped with liquid CO2 at a pressure of 170psi providing around 900kgs of force. Self-righting mechanism: The axe can self-right Axeon 3.0.
Monolith
Shape: Box shaped with a front wedge and sloped sides and rear. Length: 500mm Width: 500mm Height: 100mm Weight: 100kgs Drive: 4x 7075 Aluminium wheels with a Vulkalon tread. These are driven by two S28-400 Magmotors at 26.4v. This is produced by 6x A123 Li-Ion battery packs and produces around 10hp, which is more than Tornado. Turning Circle: 0mm using a skid-steer system. Speed: 18mph Ground Clearance: 0mm on the front wedge, 6mm at the sides/rear. 0mm all around when the skirts are fitted. Skirting: 4mm 7075 Aluminium hinged to the sides and rear. These are detachable for fighting spinners. Armour: 10mm thick Hardox monocoque. Weapon: Ultimate durability!! ;D Self-righting mechanism: Monolith can run invertible. Notes: Possibly the smallest heavyweight vapourbot to date. I also think it is probably the first almost undamageable vapourbot to date. Axes certainly can’t crack through this stuff, there are no crushers out there capable of bending it and 90% if not all spinners are going to cause almost no damage to angled 10mm Hardox.
Rupture
Shape: A low box wedge shape, the front wedge is sloped at 45 degrees. Length: 700mm Width: 700mm Height: 200mm Weight: 100kgs Drive: 2x S28-400 Magmotors, run at 33v by 10x A123 battery packs. Speed: 15mph to provide decent acceleration and running speed. Ground Clearance: 0mm at the front wedge, 10mm at the side and back. 0mm all round when the skirts are fixed. Skirting: Side and rear skirts that provide 0mm of ground clearance all around Rupture. They are 5mm Ti/V alloy and are hinged to the robot via a rotary joint. Armour: 4mm thick Hardox monocoque. Weapon: A lifting arm, around 600mm in width, which is hinged at the rear and runs down the front wedge ending in a flat platform running flush to the ground. It is operated by an S28-400 motor run at 24v and geared at 300:1. The idea is to not produce devastating flips, but something that can keep rolling the opponent over and over. It can lift up to full height in under a second and is designed to last the length of a fight, which is an advantage for fighting flippers. Self-righting mechanism: The lifting arm can easily right the robot. Notes: Designed to just keep going on and on and on…
Exertion
Shape: Low to the ground box with tapering rear end like Tornado. Weight: 100kgs Length: 700mm Width: 700mm Height: 150mm Motivation: Four internal wheels, each 170mm in diameter with a central hub of 7075 Aluminium. They are treaded with Asmaprene urethane rubber to provide excellent grip on all arena surfaces and are especially designed to be resistant to oil spills and other debris on the arena floor. Drive: Four S28-400 Magmotors, one powering each wheel. There are run at 24v off 3x 24v NiCad battery packs. This produces around 18hp of drive. Speed: 15mph Ground Clearance: 10mm on all sides, 0mm scoop when flush with the ground. Armour: 5mm thick Hardox monocoque construction. Weapon: At the front end is a scoop, which is electrically actuated by an S28-150 Magmotor at 24v. This can easily lift up a 200kg robot, while I use the powerful drive train to push things about. The scoop can also work both ways up and is made of 10mm Titanium. Notes: A toned down replacement for ForcePower.
Wedga’s Revenge
Shape: A cut off wedge like Steg 2, instead of the wedged front there is now a scoop that the lifting arm rests inside in its normal position. The sides and back are all slightly slanted to deflect spinners. Dimensions: 800mm x 700mm x 150mm (Length x Width x Height) Motivation: Driving Wedga’s Revenge are four Aluminium hubs with a layer of Vulkolan bonded on for extra grip on the arena surface, these are 140mm in diameter and 50mm in width. This provides more manoeuvrability than before. Drive: Driving the wheels are two LEM130 Lynch Motors run on 48v from a 3300mAh NiCad botpack. This gives approximately 18hp that should out push quite a few robots and makes a great combination with the front scoop. The robot is under the control of a Vantec speed controller meaning the power is all controlled and put to good use. Speed: Wedga’s Revenge can reach a top speed of about 15mph so it’s nice and controlled and has a decent acceleration to top speed. Turning Circle: Wedga’s Revenge uses a skid steering system like Tornado so that it can turn on the spot. Ground Clearance: There is around 10mm of clearance all around the robot minus the front scoop that rests along the ground so it can get under virtually anything, the sides and back are skirted and rest together at the corners giving it 0mm clearance all the way around the robot. Skirts: The skirts are made of 4mm thick Hardox and are hinged to the sides and back of the robot by a rotary joint, the skirts all meet at the corners meaning it is very hard to get under the robot from any angle. Armour: The base plate is constructed of 5mm thick Aluminium, that should protect the bottom if for any reason another robot manages to flip and attack the bottom. The front scoop is made of 4mm thick Hardox that is very hard to bend or shatter if not impossible. This is used for deflecting spinner attacks and general scooping up and pushing around. The top, sides and back are all made of a 4mm thick Hardox monocoque. This provides a tremendous amount more protection than previous versions. Weapons: The main weapon is a flipping arm that is hinged at the rear of the robot and rests down the wedge and inside the front scoop so if a spinner hits the front scoop the arm should not be damaged. The flipping arm is 100mm wide and is made of Hardox and is shaped like the scoop at the front so it can flip any robots on the front scoop easily. It is powered by a big 80mm bore 100mm stroke custom-made Aluminium ram. This is pumped with liquid Nitrogen at a pressure of 1000psi contained in two 2.2kg canisters and a 1.1kg buffer tank giving around 35 flips in a fight. This should mean the flipper can produce around 1500kgs of force each flip that should send other robots flying! This is 1000kgs or so more than last time. The action is reversed by a mechanism that acts against the flip, making the set-up safe and possible. This set up can comfortably flip 400kg so any heavyweight class robot should not be too much of a problem. The front scoop/rear skirt and drive train are also a great way of ramming robots around the arena and can work well with the flipper for flipping robots out of the arena. Self-Righting Mechanism: The flipper can self-right the robot with ease with stylish jumps off the ground. Notes: There has been a big upgrade in the durability this time around along with a far more powerful flipper set up.

It can flip about 2 tonnes, though that shouldn’t be necessary. It should send a 100kg robot about 1.7m into the air and had around 15 flips in the tank. The idea is that we reserve flips as much as possible and only use them when in prime position. Srimech- The flipper. Strengths- Powerful flipper, strong armour, good speed Weaknesses- Limited manouvreability, limited CO2.

Storm Wars
Weight- 100.7kg Speed- Geared down to just 12mph, with immense acceleration Shape- Box Wedge. The wedge goes 26cm back Dimensions- 80cm x 60cm x 32cm Locomotion- 6 x 300mm aluminium hubs with 1.2cm thick rubber tyres Ground Clearance- 0.1mm at the front of the wedge, rising to 4mm at the back of the box section. Turning Circle- 0 Armour- 6mm titanium all over Batteries- 40 x CP3600 Nicads at 1.2v weighing 80g each Motors- 4 x PERM 132 motors running at 48V giving off a total of around 60HP Paint Scheme- Black with assorted rude messages in the star wars rolling prologue style, changing for each fight. Weapons- None Srimech- invertible Strengths- incredible torque and pushing power Weaknesses- lack of damaging weaponry

Roo 2
Weight- 97.8kg (Weight distribution available on request) Dimensions- H- 17.5cm D- 130cm Speed- 15mph in driving speed. Shape- Low wide cylinder Ground Clearance- Around 5.5mm Turning Circle- 0 Armour- 2mm titanium over 2mm Polypropylene over another layer of 2mm titanium. Locomotion- 4-x air filled tyres with expansive hole-filling mousse inserted in order to prevent puncturing. Power- 4 x S28-150 Magmotors running at 24V off 2 packs of 24v Nicads. This produces 12BHp as well as only weighing a total of 13kg. Removable Link- In the very centre of the machine. Positioned so few axes will have heads powerful nor long enough to reach it, whilst the shafts must be long and this will reduce their accuracy. Weapon- A 38kg, titanium ring around the outside of the machine with 8x 4-inch long steel teeth with a chamfered triangular design in order to maximize damage. It’s powered by a LEM-170 geared down by 5:2 giving out an output speed of 1286.4rpm. With a reasonably high horse power motor spinning it, and a low yet deadly top speed, it should get up to speed in around 2.8 seconds and has an output of 159Kj. It’s 1cm thick as well so should withstand a good battering. Srimech- Invertible Strong against- Everything really. Weak against- Very quick rammers, Me Robot Most Compared to- Gyrobot? House Robot Most Feared- Probably Growler Strengths- Destructive, Invertible, Nippy, Well Armoured Weaknesses- we’ll add those as we find them out. The only one I can think of is that the armour may be vulnerable to axes.

Hacked off Ha-ka
Weight- 89.4kg- (WDOR) Dimensions- H- 40cm, L- 1m, W- 70cm Speed- 13.3mph or 5.3 m/s Shape- 2 x 35 degree wedges about 40cm long, with a 3ocm box section in the middle. Locomotion- 4x Solid aluminium hubs with old karting wets around it Ground Clearance- 1mm at sides, 3mm at rear, 0 at front Turning Circle- 0 Power- 4x Dustin motors running on 36V powered by 3 TMC 36V batteries/ They produce a total of 8.84BHp Armour- 5mm Aluminium Boron Carbide Weapon 1- A larger hammer than before weighing 11.5kg. It runs off some very nice 1000psi nitrogen rams, and produces around 4 tonnes at the beginning and about 2.7 towards the end. At the beginning I’d say it’d cut through 8mm titanium in 2 or 3 swift hits. It’s double sided, with one Terrorhurtz style blade, and one Mortis one. Weapon 2- A small strip of ti/vanadium alloy that should enable each wedge to slide under easier Removable Link Position- Under a small 6mm steel electromagnetically secured panel at the back of the robot. Srimech- invertible, but the axe will right it if necessary due to the fact that the head is angled back into a hole, which keeps the head inside the body. Strengths- Powerful weaponry, Manouvreable, good acceleration, well armoured Weaknesses- Not the best pushing power, limited CO2.
