Semi-Final 1 Glasgow Kiss vs. Flipping Hell
Roboteers, stand by...
3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!
The drives of both robots kick into gear as the first semi-final gets underway, and both immediately plow into each other, but it's Glasgow Kiss in the advantage position, and Flipping Hell in the hot seat as the axe of Glasgow Kiss comes down on the top of Flipping Hell, putting a lovely dent in it as Flipping Hell fires its flipper in an attempt to shake itself off and get away, but no dice. Scott appears to be in a good mood, and this mirrors his bot's enthusiasm as Glasgow Kiss hammers Flipping Hell into the arena wall, Scott watching David's bot fly with vague interest as Glasgow Kiss turns to fly at him quickly before Flipping Hell can recover. Unfortunately it appears that Flipping Hell has recovered, and before Glasgow Kiss can make good on its charge, Flipping Hell is away. Glasgow Kiss however is quite fast, being modelled after a race car after all, and catches up to Flipping Hell, who spins around too late and is smacked into from the side, and brought to the wall again. WHAM! Flipping Hell bounces, but before it flies off, the axe comes in...but only succeeds in tapping Flipping Hell's side armour as it flies over and nearly drags Glasgow Kiss with it, landing on its wheels without much grace. Scott spins his machine around quickly, but it's too late, as Flipping Hell comes in and catches Glasgow Kiss' side open for business, and with a run to the wall and a casual flick, Glasgow Kiss is propelled through the air right over the wall, indeed quite high above it actually, slamming into the plexiglass and down onto the camera tracks.
CEASE!
Glasgow Kiss puts a kiss on the devil and has to pay that sin back! Flipping Hell advances to the Final!

Semi-Final 2 Mobile Failure vs. Stiltskin
Roboteers, stand by...
3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!
Mobile Failure gets the quicker start, and zooms around Stiltskin, but Stiltskin's agile turning even with the tracks keeps the axebot at bay. Joey then attacks, and Mobile Failure veers away from the attack; with the greater agility, it does manage to get away, but now they are back at square one, with Tracy going around Joey trying to look for an opening, but Joey has his bases covered. Joey attacks again, but Mobile Failure is unable to get away this time and Stiltskin smacks against the 3mm titanium skirts but they prove to be sufficient in holding off a wedging and Stiltskin drives up onto the skirts, and spears the side of Mobile Failure with the front of the wedge. Obviously that doesn't too any damage to Tracy's bot, and Tracy responds by turning around, freeing Joey from the skirt, but also giving a solid WHACK to the front wedge of Stiltskin, making a slight dent in the Hardox reinforcement armour but nothing more. Joey responds by shunting into Mobile Failure's front wedge, finding nothing else to do, and it indeed has come down to that push-and-shove game neither competitor wanted, and indeed Stiltskin has the advantage in torque...only thing is, as Stiltskin pushes Mobile Failure slowly backwards, the axe of Mobile Failure smacks into Stiltskin again, and a slightly more noticeable mark has been made. Unfortunately for Tracy, that's raised her robot's front end off the ground, and Joey easily gets under and tosses the axebot onto its back, with the axe arm still extended. This means that Mobile Failure only self-rights back onto Stiltskin's flipper, and Joey's smile is wide as Mobile Failure gets carried to the wall, and tossed straight over, as it seems the flippers will rule in the final, and the axes will have to fight over the 3rd spot.
CEASE!
Mobile Failure lives up to its name at long last. ;D Stiltskin advances to the Final!
